    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi perilaku akuntan dengan pendekatan etika normatif terhadap kode etik akuntan serta untuk menganalisis pengaruh masing-masing dari pendekatan etika normatif yaitu egoisme, utilitarianisme, deontologi, hak/keadilan, keutamaan terhadap praktik creative accounting. Sampel penelitian ini adalah perusahaan BUMN yang berpusat di kota Bandung yang bersedia untuk diteliti. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan taraf penjelasan asosiatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil analisis data yang diperoleh dengan pendekatan etika normatif yaitu egoisme, deontology, hak/keadilan, dan keutamaan akuntan dapat menerapkan kode etik akuntan. Sedangkan dengan pendekatan etika normatif utilitarianisme hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa akuntan tidak dapat menerapkan kode etik akuntan. Dari hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukan bahwa masing-masing dari pendekatan etika normatif yaitu egoisme, utilitarianisme, deontologi, hak/keadilan, keutamaan berpengaruh terhadap praktik creative accounting-----This study aims to determine the implementation of accountant behavior with normative ethical approach to the code of ethics of accountants and to analyze the influence of each normative ethic which are egoism, utilitarianism, deontology, rights/justice and virtue of the practice of creative accounting towards accountants who work in the office of SOEs which is centered in Bandung. Data collection is used questionnaires. Hypothesis test is done by applying simple regression analysis. The results of data analysis obtained by normative ethical approach of egoism, deontology, rights/justice, and the virtue of accountant can apply the code of ethics of the accountants. Meanwhile, the normative ethical approach of utilitarianism of the accountants cannot apply the code of ethics of accountant. Based on the results, hypothesis shows that each of the normative ethical approach of egoism, utilitarianism, deontology, rights/justice, virtue affect the practice of creative accounting.
