Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan kajian stilistik yang mengalanisis puisi modern terkemuka. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu 1) mendeskripsikan gaya dalam puisi modern terkmuka, 2) mendeskripsikan efek yang diciptakan gaya tersebut, serta 3) memanfaatkan hasil analisis dalam bentuk buku pengayaan. Puisi, menurut Luxemburg (1991) merupakan pemaparan sebuah makna dengan wujud yang padat melalui pengungkapan kata yang terbatas. Artinya, bentuk ungkapan yang digunakan puisi begitu padat. Pemadatan gagasan tersebut dilakukan melalaui manipulasi kaidah kebahasaan. Oleh karena itu, dipilih stilistik sebagai kajian yang menganalisis kaidah kebahasaan dalam karya sastra (Abrams, 1999). Pemilihan puisi modern terkmuka merujuk pada kriteria materi buku pengayaan yang menjelaskan bahwa materi harus disesuaikan dengan perkembangan ilmu. Dari hasil temuan, diperoleh simpulan bahwa bunyi dapat mendukung makna melalui efek kelancaran dan keterhambatannya. Selain itu, kata-kata dapat memberikan garis besar makna melalui hubungan ciri semantisnya. Dalam aspek kata pun diperoleh manipulasi yang menyebabkan pergeseran makna kata sehingga bermakna konotatif. Kata konkret dan abstrak pun dapat berpengaruh pada daya imajinasi pembaca terhadap puisi serta ada perulangan kata yang dapat menegaskan makna. Selanjutnya, bahasa figuratif puisi ini didominasi asideton dan majas perbandingan dalam memanipulasi struktur dan makna kalimat. Dari aspek kalimat, rata-rata puisi-puisi ini memanfaatkan kaidah penulisan kalimat yang diberi ciri tanda titik di akhir gagasan dan huruf kapital di awalnya. Terakhir, tipografi beberapa puisi ada yang memanfaatkan bentuk konkret dalam menciptakan efek yang relevan dengan makna. Hasil analisis tersebut dimanfaatkan dalam bentuk buku pengayaan pengetahuan. Penyusunannya merujuk pada Permendikbud Nomor 8 Tahun 2016 dan Kusmana (2011). Sehingga, penelitian ini memiliki implikasi dalam dunia pendidikan . ------ This study is a stylistic study that analyzes the leading modern poetry. The purpose of this research is 1) to describe the style in the leading modern poetry, 2) to describe the effect that created the style, and 3) utilize the result of analysis in the form of enrichment book. Poetry, according to Luxemburg (1991) is the exposition of a meaning with a solid form through the disclosure of a word that is limited. That is, the form of phrase used in poetry is so dense. Compaction of the idea is done through the manipulation of linguistic rules. Therefore, stylistic is chosen as a study that analyzes the rules of language in literary works (Abrams, 1999). The selection of modern versions of the modern poems refers to the criterion of enrichment book material which explains that the material must be adapted to the development of science. From the findings, obtained the conclusion that the sound can support the meaning through the effects of smoothness and delays. In addition, words can outline meaning through its semantic characteristic relationship. In the word aspect also obtained manipulation that causes the shift of meaning of the word so that connotative meaning. Concrete and abstract words can also affect the imagination of the reader of poetry and there is a repetition of words that can affirm meaning. Furthermore, the figurative language of this poetry is dominated by asideton and the comparison majors in manipulating the structure and meaning of sentences. From the sentence aspect, the average of these poems utilizes the sentence-writing rules characterized by the dot at the end of the idea and the capital letters at first. Finally, the typography of some poems exist that utilize concrete forms in creating effects that are relevant to meaning. The results of the analysis are utilized in the form of knowledge
