Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan mendeskripsikan efektivitas teknik restrukturisasi kognitif untuk meningkatkan optimisme peserta didik kelas XII SMA Negeri 26 Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Single Subject Design A-B. Pengumpulan data digunakan alat ukur berupa kuesioner dari Seligman yaitu alat ukur optimisme kepada peserta didik kelas XII. Partisipasi berjumlah 5 peserta didik. Analisis perhitungan data digunakan analisis statistik menggunakan dua standar deviasi untuk mendeskripsikan efektivitas intervensi. Pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa 5 peserta didik memiliki tingkat optimisme rendah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknik restrukturisasi kognitif efektif untuk meningkatkan optimisme 5 peserta didik.------- The research aims to describe the effectiveness of cognitive restructuring technique in increasing the optimism of twelfth grade students of SMA Negeri 26 Bandung. It adopted the single-subject A-B design. Data were collected using Seligman’s questionnaire, which is an optimism scale, distributed to the twelfth grade students. Participants consisted of five students. Data were analysed statistically, using two standard deviations to deviations to describe the effectiveness of the intervention. Results of demonstrate that the cognitive restructuring technique was effective in creasing the optimism of the five students.
