Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh family-of-origin experiences dan kelekatan romantis terhadap kesiapan menikah pada dewasa awal yang berpacaran di Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan partisipan sabanyak 300 dewasa awal yang berpacaran di Kota Bandung dengan rentang usia 19 sampai 25 tahun. Partisipan dipilih menggunakan teknik quota sampling. Instrumen penelitian ini terdiri dari Skala Kesiapan Menikah untuk mengukur tingkat kesiapan menikah, Family-of-Origin Scale (FOS) untuk mengukur family-of-origin experiences, dan Experiences in Close Relationship-Revised (ECR-R) untuk mengukur romantic attachment. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier dan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Terdapat pengaruh positif antara family-of-origin experiences terhadap kesiapan menikah, (2) Terdapat pengaruh negatif anxiety romantic attachment terhadap kesiapan menikah, (3) Terdapat pengaruh negatif avoidance romantic attachment terhadap kesiapan menikah, dan (4) terdapat pengaruh family-of-origin experiences dan romantic attachment terhadap kesiapan menikah. Hal tersebut bermakna bahwa family-of-origin experiences dan romantic attachment menjadi faktor yang dapat menjelaskan kesiapan menikah pada dewasa awal yang berpacaran di Kota Bandung. ---This reasearch aims to determine the influence of family-of-origin experiences and romantic attachment to marriage readiness of dating young adulthood in Bandung. The research method used is a quantitative methods with participants amounts 300 dating young adulthood aged 19-25 years in Bandung. Participants were divided using non probability sampling technique with quota sampling. The instruments consists of the Marriage Readiness Scale to measure the level of marriage readiness, Family-of-Origin Scale (FOS) to measure the family-origin experiences, and Experiences in Close Relationship-Revised (ECR-R) to measure romantic attachment. Data analysis techniques used are linear regression and multiple regression. The result of the research shows that (1) There is positive influence family-of-origin experiences to marriage readiness (2) There is a negative influence of anxiety romantic attachment to marriage readiness, (3) There is negative influence avoidance romantic attachment to marriage readiness, (4) There is influence family- of-origin experiences and anxiety romantic attachment to marriage readiness, and (5) There is a family-of-origin experiences and avoidance romantic attachment to marriage readiness.
