Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of giving outbound game to the environmental caring attitude of class V students (five) SDN 046 Sindanglaya. Experimental study methodology is used in this research using Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The population in this study were all students of SDN 046 Sindanglaya as many as 620 students, and taken 10% for the sample using purposive sampling technique as many as 62 students. With 31 treatment group students treated and 31 control group students who were not treated. Student-level awareness instruments in schools use a questionnaire based on the General Ecological Behavior Scale (GEBS) expressed by Kaiser and Wilson in his journal. Based on the processing and analysis of data obtained can be seen the significance value is 148 with Wilcoxon, while the significance of the questionnaire obtained for 51. Because the calculated value is smaller than the value of the table, then Ho is rejected. So it can be concluded that the game outbound significantly influence the level of environmental awareness in school.
