Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang modifikasi permainan dengan menggunakan model Pendekatan Pola Gerak Dominan (PGD) dalam pembelajaran senam lantai Berdasarkan hasil observasi awal menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar senam lantai(guling depan dan guling belakang) siswa masih rendah. Penelitian bertujuan untuk memperbaiki dan meningkatkan proses pembelajaran pendidikam Jasmani, khususnya meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran senam lantai. Masalah yang dirumuskan dalam penelitian ini adalah Apakah Penerapan pendekatan Pola Gerak Dominan Dalam Pembelajaran Senam dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar dalam pembelajaran senam lantai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas menggunakan model Kurt Lewin. Penelitian dilakukan sebanyak dua siklus, tiap siklusnya dilakukan dua tindakan. Tiap tindakan terdiri atas tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Penelitian dilaksanakan di kelas VII-B dan VII-C SMPN 2 Tamansari Kab. Bogor. Jumlah siswa kelas VII-B sebanyak 40 orang yang terdiri dari 20 siswa laki-laki dan 20 siswa perempuan dan kelas VII-C sebanyak 40 orang terdiri dari 26 laki-laki dan 14 siswa perempuan. Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh dengan melakukan observasi langsung menggunakan IPPB dan catatan lapangan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik persentase. Hasil presentase nilai tanggung jawab siswa mengalami peningkatan, yaitu pada siklus I tindakan I sebesar 33%, siklus I tindakan II sebesar 44%, siklus II tindakan I sebesar 64%, dan siklus II tindakan II sebesar 75%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pendekatan pola gerak dominan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa selama proses pembelajaran.-----This study examines the modification of the game by using the Dominant Movement Patterns model (PGD) model in floor gymnastics learning. Based on the results of preliminary observations indicate that the learning outcomes of floor gymnastics (bolsters front and bolster behind) students are still low. Research aims to improve and improve the process of learning Physic educator, especially improve student learning outcomes in learning gymnastics floor. The problem formulated in this study is whether the application of the Dominant Motion Approach in Gym Learning can improve learning outcomes in floor gymnastics learning. The research method used is Classroom Action Research using Kurt Lewin model. The study was conducted in two cycles, each cycle was done two actions. Each action consists of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The research was conducted in class VII-B and VII-C SMPN 2 Tamansari Kab. Bogor. The number of students of class VII-B as many as 40 people consisting of 20 male students and 20 female students and class VII-C as many as 40 people consisting of 26 men and 14 female students. Data collection techniques were obtained by direct observation using IPPB and field notes. Data analysis technique used is technique percentage. The result of the percentage of students' responsibility score increased by 33%, Cycle I of action II was 44%, Cycle II of Action I was 64%, and Cycle II of Action II was 75%. Based on the results of research that has been done shows that the application of dominant motion pattern approach can improve student learning outcomes during the learning process.
