Abstract

This research was conducted in Vocational School of Balai Perguruan Putri (BPP) Bandung. The problem studied in this research was the students’ learning motivation in skill program Office Administration in Vocational School of Balai Perguruan Putri (BPP) Bandung which is not optimal. This research consisted of two variables that were facilities and infrastructure of learning (X) and students’ learning motivation (Y). The purpose of this study was to know the overview of the level of facilities and infrastructure of learning and students’ learning motivation, and to find out how much influence of facilities and infrastructure of learning towards the students’ learning motivation in skill program Office Administration in Vocational School of Balai Perguruan Putri (BPP) Bandung. The method used in this research was descriptive method. The data were collected by using questionnaire with Likert scale model. Data were analyzed by using simple regression. The populations in this research were 50 students from grade XI and XII of Office Administration Class in Vocational School of Balai Perguruan Putri (BPP) Bandung. Based on the analysis, it had been obtained that description of facilities and infrastructure of learning were in good enough category and students’ learning motivation was on the medium category. Hypothesis test results showed that the facilities and infrastructure of learning affect the student's learning motivation.---- Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Balai Perguruan Putri (BPP) Bandung. Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimlanya motivasi belajar siswa program keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Balai Perguruan Putri (BPP) Bandung. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua varaibel yaitu sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran (X) dan motivasi belajar siswa (Y). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran dan motivasi belajar siswa, selain itu adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran terhadap motivasi belajar siswa program keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Balai Perguruan Putri (BPP) Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan model skala likert. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi sederhana. Ukuran populasi sebanyak 50 responden yaitu siswa kelas XI dan XII Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Balai Perguruan Putri (BPP) Bandung. Berdasarakan hasil analisis didapatkan gambaran sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran berada pada kategori cukup baik dan motivasi belajar siswa pada kategori sedang. Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh bahwa sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar siswa.
