Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk me-repowering LKS praktikum berbasis inkuiri terbimbing untuk SMP kelas VII pada topik pemisahan campuran dengan metode kromatografi kertas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif. Tahap penelitian yang dilakukan meliputi tahap persiapan (studi kepustakaan, penyusunan instrumen, dan penyusunan produk awal), tahap pelaksanaan (uji coba terbatas), dan tahap pelaporan (pengolahan data dan penarikan kesimpulan). Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu 12 buku IPA SMP/MTs, 2 guru IPA SMP, 9 siswa SMP kelas VII di Kota Bandung, dan 3 dosen Departemen Pendidikan Kimia FPMIPA UPI. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar analisis kesesuaian indikator keterampilan inkuiri, lembar observasi keterlaksanaan tahapan inkuiri, pedoman penilaian jawaban siswa, angket respon siswa, dan lembar validasi oleh guru dan dosen. Hasil pengolahan data yang diperoleh kemudian dikategorisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LKS praktikum yang beredar masih sangat kurang baik (15,54%) dalam memenuhi kriteria keterampilan inkuiri. Hasil penelitian terhadap kebenaran konsep terhadap LKS praktikum yang beredar sangat baik (90,47%), keterlaksanaan tahapan inkuiri berkategori sangat baik (95,83%), angket respon siswa berkategori sangat baik (83,76%), hasil validasi guru dan dosen pada aspek kesesuaian konsep berkategori baik (77,74%), aspek kesesuaian tata bahasa berkategori baik (80,47%), aspek kesesuian tata letak dan perwajahan berkategori sangat baik (87,50%), dan pada aspek kesesuaian dengan indikator keterampilan inkuiri berkategori sangat baik (85,38%). Secara umum, LKS praktikum inkuiri terbimbing pada topik pemisahan campuran dengan metode kromatografi kertas dapat diterapkan di sekolah.;---This research aims to repowering a lab woorksheet based the guided inquiry for SMP class VII on the topic of mixed separation by paper chromatography method. The research stage includes the preparation phase (literature study, instrument preparation, and initial product preparation), implementation stage (limited trial), and reporting stage (data processing and conclusion). Sources of data used are 12 books IPA SMP / MTs, 2 science teachers SMP, 9 junior high school students in Bandung, and 3 lecturers of the Ministry of Chemistry FPMIPA UPI. The instrument used in this research is the suitability analysis sheet of inquiry skill indicator, the observation sheet of the inquiry stage, the student's assessment appraisal, the student response questionnaire, and the validation sheet by the teacher and the lecturer. Results of data processing obtained then categorized. The results showed that LKS practicum in circulation is still very poor (15.54%) in meeting the criteria of inquiry skills. The results of the research on the truth of the concept of LKS practicum circulating very well (90.47%), the implementation of the inquiry stages are very good category (95.83%), the questionnaire response is very good (83.76%), the validation of teachers and lecturers in terms of conformity of good categorized concepts (77.74%), good grammatical conformity aspects (80.47%), layout adjustment aspects and excellent categorization (87.50%), and on conformity aspects with inquiry skill indicators categorized very well (85.38%). In general, the LKS of inquiry practicum guided on the topic of mixed separation by paper chromatography method can be applied in school.
