Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya penurunan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri se-Kota Bandung dilihat dari nilai rata-rata Ujian Nasional tahun 2014, 2015, dan 2016. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh self-efficacy dan lingkungan belajar terhadap motivasi belajar serta implikasinya terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran matematika. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross section survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri se-Kota Bandung tahun ajaran 2017/2018 sebanyak 1.290 siswa. Digunakan metode stratified sampling, random sampling, dan purposive sampling untuk menentukan sampel dalam penelitian ini, sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 290 siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu path analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) self-efficacy dan motivasi belajar berada pada kategori sedang, lingkungan belajar berada pada kategori cukup kondusif, sedangkan hasil belajar berada pada kategori kurang baik; (2) self-efficacy dan lingkungan belajar berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar; (3) self-efficacy berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa, sedangkan lingkungan belajar dan motivasi belajar tidak berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran matematika.;---This study was beheld by the decline of student learning outcomes in all Senior High School in Bandung known by the average of National Exams Score at 2014, 2015, and 2016. This study discussed about the effect of self-efficacy and leaning environment to learning motivation and these implications for student learning outcomes on mathematics subject. Methods of data collection used the cross section survey. The population in this study was all students in XI grade of Science Program Senior High School in Bandung, totalling 1.290 students. The sample was obtained by the methods of stratified sampling, random sampling, and purposive sampling, obtained 290 students as sample. The technique of data analysis used path analysis. The result showed that: (1) self-efficacy and learning motivation in the medium category, and learning environment in quite conducive condition, while the learning outcomes is not so good; (2) self-efficacy and learning environment affect the learning motivation; (3) self-efficacy affect the student learning outcomes, while the learning environment and learning motivation has no effect on student learning outcomes on mathematic subjects.
