Abstract
Penelitian ini membahas mengenai program Storytelling di Pustakalana yang bekerjasama dengan Komunitas Dongeng Bengkimut. Storytelling di Pustakalana memiliki keunikan yang berbeda dari program pada umumnya, yaitu membuat kriya setelah storytelling berlangsung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan bagaimana konstruksi program storytelling di Pustakalana Children’s Library. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus. Partisipan dalam penelitian Informan yang terdiri dari Storyteller, Koordinator Pustakalana, Orang Tua dan Ahli yang diperoleh melalui teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi telah dilakukan dengan baik disetiap tahapannya. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya hubungan komunikasi yang baik antara Pustakalana dan Bengkimut sehingga storytelling berjalan sesuai proses storytelling.Para orang tua senang mengajak ke perpustakaan saat storytelling berlangsung, karena berbagai manfaat yang dirasakan yaitu anak mau meminjam dan membaca buku diperpustakaan, mengembangkan imajinasi, memperkenalkan cerita-cerita pada anak, dan menjadi pelajaran untuk orang tua, bahwa storytelling dapat dilakukan sendiri dirumah;--- This research discusses about Storytelling in Pustakalana in cooperation with the Bengkimut Community Storyteller. Storytelling in Pustakalana have a uniqueness that is different from the program in general, that makes craft after storytelling takes place. This research aims to describe how the construction of Storytelling Program at the Pustakalana Children's Library. Approach used in this research was case study qualitative.Participants in the study Informants consisting of a Storyteller, Coordinator of Pustakalana, Parents and Experts who obtained through purposive sampling technique. The data were collected by observation, interview and study of documentation. The results showed that the stage of planning, implementation and evaluation has done well in every stages. This is evidenced by the existence of a good communication relationship between Pustakalana and Bengkimut so that the storytelling goes according to the process of storytelling. Parents love to invite to the library when the storytelling takes place, for a variety of perceived benefits i.e. the child want to borrow and read books in the library, develop imagination, introduces the stories on children, and be the lesson for parents, that storytelling can be done by yourself at home
