Abstract

Penelitian tentang Analisis Motif CSR Pada Program Community dan Envrironmental Responsibilities penting dilakukan mengingat bahwa dunia bisnis saat ini dihadapkan pada dua hal yang bertentangan. Di satu sisi, para pelaku bisnis harus berupaya untuk dapat memperoleh laba yang tinggi. Disisi lain, perusahaan harus bertanggung jawab terhadap lingkungan dan masyarakat secara khusus tempatnya beroperasi. Melihat fenomena saat ini dimana masyarakat semakin berani untuk mengekspresikan berbagai tuntutannya kepada perusahaan akibat dari aktivitas bisnis yang dilakukan di lingkungan tentu menjadi tantangan bagi perusahaan dalam mempertahankan bisnisnya. Peneliti ingin melihat bagaimana strategi perusahaan dalam menyikapi sikap tersebut melaui motif CSR dilihat dari empat aspek yaitu Economic Responsibilities, legal responsibilities, ethic responsibilities, dan philanthropic responsibilities. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Coca-Cola Amatil Indonesia (CCAI) yaitu perusahaan yang memproduksi dan mendistribusikan minuman ringan yang memanfaatkan sumber daya alam sebagai bahan dasar produksinya. Peneliti memfokuskan program CSR yang berkaitan dengan tanggung jawab lingkungan dan tanggung jawab terhadap komunitas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan strategi penelitian studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa CSR yang dijalankan oleh CCAI memenuhi keempat aspek piramida CSR, dan secara umum didapatkan hasil bahwa CSR dilaksanakan sebagai aktivitas dalam mendapatkan keuntungan perusahaan.;---Research on CSR Motive Analysis On Community Programs and Environment Responsibilities is important to remember that the business world today is faced with two contradictory things. On the one hand, business people must strive to earn high profits. On the other hand, the company must be responsible for the environment and society in particular where it operates. Seeing the current phenomenon in which people are more daring to express various demands to the company as a result of business activities undertaken in the environment would be a challenge for the company in maintaining its business. Researchers want to see how the company's strategy in addressing the attitude through CSR motif seen from four aspects of Economic Responsibilities, legal responsibilities, ethic responsibilities, and philanthropic responsibilities. The research was conducted at Coca-Cola Amatil Indonesia (CCAI), a company that produces and distributes soft drinks that utilize natural resources as the basic ingredient of its production. Researchers focus on CSR programs related to environmental responsibility and responsibility to the community. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative by using research strategy of case study. The results showed that CSR run by CCAI meet the four aspects of the pyramid CSR, and generally obtained the result that CSR is implemented as an activity in getting the company's profit.
