Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya nilai siswa dalam pelajaran Bahasa Arab pada kenyataannya guru sudah memberikan metode yang benar dan tidak ada kesalahan dalam mengajar, dapat disimpulkan masalahnya terletak dalam soal ulangan yang guru berikan. Maka peneliti melakukan penelitian lebih lanjut mengenail analisis kualitas soal pilihan ganda pada Ulangan Akhir Semester Ganjil Bahasa Arab MAN 1 dan MAN 2 Cilegon Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017, secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Tujuan umum dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui validitas dan reliabilitas butir soal pilihan ganda pada ulangan umum semeser ganjil yang telah dilaksanakan menggunakan teori pengukuran klasik yaitu, menganalisis validitas isi, konstruk, reliabilitas juga indeks kesukaran dan indesk daya beda yang ada pada dua soal ulangan yang berbeda. Dan tujuan khususnya, 1) Untuk mengetahui validitas isi soal pilihan ganda pada ulangan umum akhir semester pada kelas X di MAN 1 dan MAN 2 Cilegon, 2) Untuk mengetahui validitas konstruk soal pilihan ganda pada ulangan umum akhir semester kelas X di MAN 1 dan MAN 2 Cilegon, 3) Untuk mengetahui reliabilitas soal pilihan ganda pada ulangan umum akhir semester kelas X di MAN 1 dan MAN 2 Cilegon. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian evaluatif yang dilakukan dalam lingkup MAN 1 dan MAN 2 Cilegon kelas X. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa: 1) soal pilihan ganda kelas X memenuhi validitas isi; 2) indeks reliabilitas soal pilihan ganda kelas X di MAN 1 Cilegon tergolong tinggi yakni sebesar 0,82, sedangkan indeks reliabilitas soal pilihan ganda kelas X di MAN 2 Cilegon tergolong sedang, yakni sebesar 0,61;--- This research is motivated by the low value of students in Arabic lessons in fact the teacher has given the correct method and there is no mistake in teaching, it can be concluded the problem lies in the question of repetition that the teacher gave. So the researcher did further research to analyze the quality analysis of multiple choice questions in the Arabic Manuscript Abysmal Ultimate Ultimate MAN 1 and MAN 2 Cilegon of the School Year 2016/2017, qualitatively and quantitatively. The general purpose of this research is to know the validity and reliability of multiple choice items item in the general replication of odd sheets that have been implemented using classical measurement theory that is, to analyze the validity of content, construct, reliability also difficulty index and indesk of different power that exist in two repetition questions different. And objectives in particular, 1) To find out the validity of the content of multiple choice questions on the general semester final repetition in class X in MAN 1 and MAN 2 Cilegon, 2) To know the validity of the construct of multiple choice questions on the general repetition of the final semester of class X in MAN 1 and MAN 2 Cilegon, 3) To know the reliability of multiple choice questions in the general repetition of the final semester of class X in MAN 1 and MAN 2 Cilegon. The method in this research is qualitative and quantitative descriptive method. This study uses evaluative research designs conducted within the scope of MAN 1 and MAN 2 Cilegon class X. The results of the analysis show that: 1) the question of multiple choice of class X satisfies the content validity; 2) Reliability index of X class double choice in MAN 1 Cilegon is high, that is 0.82, while the reliability index of X class double choice in MAN 2 Cilegon is moderate, that is 0.61
