Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurang pahamnya guru-guru dalam mengembangkan perangkat penilaian kinerja keterampilan berbicara yang autentik. Penelitian dengan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) bertujuan untuk mengembangkan perangkat penilaian kinerja keterampilan berbicara yang autentik yaitu kisi-kisi, sasaran penilaian, panduan penilaian bagi guru beserta rubrik, dan LKS bagi siswa beserta rubrik. Berdasarkan rumusan masalah pada penilitian ini, dilakukan tiga tahap pengembangan yang diadaptasi dari teori pengembangan Sukmadinata yaitu: (1) studi pendahuluan; (2) pengembangan perangkat; dan (3) uji coba perangkat. Pada tahap studi pendahuluan, dari 5 perangkat penilaian kinerja berbicara di kelas VII dikembangkan satu perangkat penilaian kinerja berbicara, yaitu menyajikan rangkuman teks laporan hasil observasi yang berupa buku pengetahuan secara lisan dan tulis dengan memperhatikan kaidah kebahasaan. Selanjutnya tahap pengembangan, tingkat validitas perangkat tersebut diuji menggunakan validitas Aiken’s kepada delapan orang ahli yaitu satu ahli evaluasi, satu ahli kurikulum, satu ahli pembelajaran berbicara, dan lima guru sebagai ahli lapangan. Setelah perangkat dinyatakan valid, perangkat penilaian diujicobakan kepada 24 orang siswa yang dibagi menjadi 6 kelompok dengan jumlah anggota berbeda yaitu: 2 kelompok beranggotakan 3 orang, 2 kelompok beranggotakan 4 orang, dan 2 kelompok beranggotakan 5 orang. Berdasarkan penilaian inter-rater dihitung tingkat reliabilitas perangkat tersebut. Sedangkan feasibilitas perangkat diuji berdasarkan rumus persentase. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan perangkat memiliki validitas yang tinggi yaitu 0,766. Sedangkan reliabilitas perangkat diuji dengan menggunakan koefisien inter-rater. Hasil uji reliabilitas tersebut sebesar 0,987 untuk kelompok beranggotakan 3 orang, 0,879 untuk kelompok beranggoatakan 4 orang, dan 0,749 untuk kelompok beranggotakan lima orang. Jadi, semakin kecil jumlah anggota dalam kelompok semakin tinggi tingkat reliabilitasnya. Feasibilitas/kelayakan perangkat memiliki nilai presentasi 100%. Oleh karena itu, perangkat penilaian kinerja keterampilan berbicara yang dikembangkan sangat layak dijadikan pedoman untuk mengembangkan perangkat penilaian keterampilan berbicara lainnya;--- This research was driven by the lack of teachers’ understanding regarding the authentic assessment device of the speaking performance. The aim of this research and development (R&D) method was to develop an authentic speaking performance assessment device, that were latticework, assessment objectives, assessment guides for teachers and rubrik, and student worksheet and assessment rubric. Based on the formulations of the problem in this research, three stages of development that were adapted from Sukmadinata development theory are: (1) preliminary study; (2) device development; and (3) device test. In the preliminary study, 1 out of 5 authentic performance speaking device was developed, that was “presents a summary of the observation report text verbally or write from a knowledge book with regard to the rules of language. Then at the developmental stage, the device's validity level used Aiken's validity to eight experts: one evaluation expert, one speech-learning expert, one curriculum expert, and five teachers as field experts. After the device was validated, the authentic speaking performance device were tested to 24 students which were divided into 6 groups with different members: 2 groups of 3, 2 groups of 4, and 2 groups of 5. Based on the assessment of inter-rater, the level of reliability of the device was calculated. Whereas, the device feasibility was tested based on the percentage formula. The result of this study indicated that the device had a high validity, that was 0.766. While device reliability was tested using inter-rater coefficient. The reliability test result was 0.987 for the 3-member group, 0.879 was for the 4-membered group, and 0.749 was for the five-member group. Therefore, the less was the group members, the higher was the reliability level. Product feasibility had 100 percentage value. Thus, authentic speaking performance assessment device was feasible to be a guidelines for developing other speaking assessment
