Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang pandangan guru dalam menangani anak pada awal masuk kelompok bermain, dan peran penting nya orang tua untuk anak di awal masuk kelompok bermain. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan adalah studi kasus pada tiga orang guru kelas pada kober Labschool Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia dengan tehnik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan observasi pengolahan menggunakan pendekatan grounded theory dalam proses analisis data yang dihasilkan. Hasil wawancara dan observasi yang telah di lakukan disimpulkan mengenai pandangan guru dalam menangani anak di awal masuk sekolah bahwa peran orang tua, kemandirian anak, peran guru, lingkungan yang baru, penanganan anak oleh guru, perkembangan sosial dan emosi anak usia dini sangat mempengaruhi terhadap anak pada awal masuk kelompok bermain. Dan rekomendasi dari penelitian ini untuk orang tua di harapkan dapat mempercayai kepada guru kelas anak ketika anak awal masuk kelompok bermain, untuk guru di harapkan agar lebih tegas kepada orang tua nya agar orang tua tidak menunggu anak nya di kelas, dan untuk penelitian selanjutnya di harapkan dapat meneliti lebih mendalam lagi berupa penelitian eksperimen yang memberikan mengenai penanganan guru dalam menangani anak ketika diawal masuk kelompok bermain agar anak menjadi lebih siap untuk masuk kelompok bermain tanpa di dampingi oleh orang tua nya.;---This study aims to gain an overview of the teacher's view of handling the child early in the play group, and the important role parents play in the early entry of the play group. The research method used is a case study on three class teachers at Kober Labschool University of Indonesia Education with data collection techniques using interviews and observation processing using grounded theory approach in the process of data analysis produced. The results of interviews and observations that have been done concluded about the teacher's view in dealing with children early in school that the role of parents, children's independence, the role of teachers, the new environment, the handling of children by teachers, social development and emotions of early child greatly affect the child at the beginning of entering the play group. And the recommendations of this study for parents are expected to be able to trust the classroom teacher when the early child enters the play group, for the teacher to expect to be more assertive to his / her parents so that the parents do not wait for their child in the class, can examine more deeply in the form of experimental research that provides about the handling of teachers in dealing with children when the first entry into play groups so that children become more ready to enter the play group without being accompanied by his parents.
