Abstract
Terdapat banyak faktor yang dapat menyebabkan para guru mendapatkan kepuasan kerja di tempat di mana mereka bekerja. Salah satunya adalah faktor lingkungan terutama faktor lingkungan non fisik yaitu keadaan lingkungan tempat kerja pegawai yang berupa suasana kerja yang harmonis antar bawahan dengan atasan (hubungan vertikal) serta antar sesama pegawai (hubungan horisontal). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap kepuasan kerja guru di SMK PGRI 3 CIMAHI. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif verifikatif. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil pengumpulan angket yang disebar kepada 51 guru terpilih menggunakan teknik sampling diuji dengan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh lingkungan kerja non fisik sebesar 43,6% terhadap kepuasan kerja guru di SMK PGRI 3 CIMAHI dan sisanya 56,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. ;---There are many factors that can cause teachers to reach work satisfaction in the places where they work. One of them is environmental factor especially non physical environment factor that is the employee’s work place environment, in the form of harmonious working atmosphere between subordinate with the superior (vertical relationship) and between the fellow employees (horizontal relationship). This research aims to investigate theinfluence of non physical work environment towards teachers’ work satisfaction at SMK PGRI 3 Cimahi. This research uses deskriptif verifikatif method. Data were collected from the questionnaire’s result of 51 selected teachers using sampling technique and were tested by simple linear regression. The results showed that there is an influence of non-physical work environment at 43,6% towards teachers’work satisfaction in SMK PGRI 3 CIMAHI and the rest at 56,4% influenced by the other factors not examined in this research.
