Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya kecenderungan dibutuhkannya layanan bimbingan dan konseling di perguruan tinggi oleh mahasiswa untuk memantapkan kematangan karirnya di masa depan, tetapi layanan yang didapatkan belum memenuhi harapan mahasiswa. Mempertimbangkan bimbingan karir bagi mahasiswa, terutama kematangan karir mahasiswa dibiarkan begitu saja, berlalu, dan berjalan dengan sendirinya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah terbentuknya model bimbingan karir kolaboratif untuk memantapkan kematangan karir mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian dan pengembangan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan : (1) Gambaran Kematangan Karir Mahasiswa UPI setelah diberikan bimbingan karir kolaboratif, berada pada kategori matang; (2) Efektivitas bimbingan karir kolaboatif untuk memantapkan kematangan karir mahasiswa, (3) Model bimbingan karir kolaboatif untuk memantapkan kematangan karir mahasiswa. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah kematangan karir mahasiswa berada pada kategori matang, belum ada layanan bimbingan karir untuk memantapkan kematangan karir mahasiswa di UPI, berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat dirumuskan model layanan bimbingan karir kolaboratif untuk memantapkan kematangan karir mahasiswa. ;---This research is based on the need for counseling guidance for university students to establish their career in the future, but this service is still far from expected. the students will experience confusion and unpreparedness in the face of career demands if not considered aspects of career guidance and career maturity students are the last phase as learners before entering the world of work and subsequent career demands. So that students need guidance and collaborative guidance that can stimulate the development and stabilization of career orientation optimally. The purpose of this study is to form a final collaborative guidance model for student career maturity. The purpose of this study 1. describes the maturity of UPI students' careers after being given guidance, is in the mature category. 2. the effectiveness of the voluntary career guidance for career advancement. 3.student career model in the mature category, there has been no career guidance to strengthen the maturity of UPI students career, based on the results of research can be formulated model of collaborative career guidance services for student career advancement.
