Abstract

Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini yaitu mengenai pewarisan nilai-nilai sosial melaui permainan tradisional, yang mulai tersisih akibat dari adanya modernisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan eksistensi setiap jenis permainan tradisional Kampung Naga dan kaitannya dalam mewariskan nilai-nilai sosial di masyarakat, nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam permainan tradisional Kampung Naga, faktor-faktor yang mengancam eksistensi permainan tradisional Kampung Naga, dan implementasi pembelajaran Sosiologi dalam menyerap nilai-nilai sosial yang terkandung dalam permainan tradisional. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu dengan cara melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Permainan tradisional di Kampung Naga barjumlah sembilan jenis permainan, dimana tiga jenis permainan masih sering dimainkan, dan enam jenis permainan sudah jarang dimainkan bahkan jarang sekali ditemui. Permainan-permainan tradisional tersebut dapat dikategorikan kedalam permainan yang berjenis cooperative play, yaitu dimainkan dengan banyak pemain. 2) Nilai-nilai sosial yang terkandung dalam permainan tradisional antara lain, sadar dan patuh akan hak dan kewajiban pribadi dan orang lain, patuh pada aturan-aturan sosial, menghargai karya dan prestasi orang lain, demokratis, peka terhadap lingkungan, dan nasionalis. 3) Faktor-faktor yang mengancam eksistensi permainan tradisional ialah: masuknya teknologi seperti handphone serta munculnya fasilitas warnet, kurangnya pengawasan orang tua, akses jalan yang semakin terjangkau, dan pengaruh dari adanya kontak dengan kebudayaan asing (wisatawan). 4) Implementasi pembelajaran Sosiologi dalam menyerap nilai-nilai sosial dari permainan tradisional dapat melalui dua cara yakni pengajaran secara teoritis dikelas dan juga pengajaran yang bersifat integratif di luar kelas. Rekomendasi diberikan kepada beberapa pihak terkait, demi usaha pelestarian permainan tradisional serta mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai sosial sebagai manfaat positif dari permainan tradsional.;---The problem that raised in this research is about the inheritance of social values through the traditional game, which began to be marginalized due to the existence of modernization. This study aims to reveal the existence of each type of traditional game Dragon Village and its relation in passing social values in society, the values contained in traditional games Kampung Naga, the factors that threaten the existence of traditional games Kampung Naga, and implementation of learning Sociology in absorbing the social values contained in traditional games. This research uses qualitative approach and descriptive method. Data collection techniques are done by way through in-depth interviews, observation, documentation study. The results of this study indicate that 1) The traditional game in Kampung Naga is about nine types of games, where three types of games are still frequently played, and six types of games are rarely played even rarely encountered. These traditional games can be categorized into cooperative play type games, which are played with many players. 2) The social values contained in traditional games, among others, are aware and obedient to the rights and duties of the person and others, obeying the social rules, respecting the work and achievements of others, democratic, sensitive to the environment, and nationalist. 3) The factors that threaten the existence of traditional games are: the inclusion of technologies such as mobile phones and the emergence of cafe facilities, lack of parental supervision, access to more affordable roads, and the influence of contact with foreign cultures (tourists). 4) Implementation of learning Sociology in absorbing the social values of traditional games can be through two ways of teaching theoretically in class and also teaching that is integrative outside the classroom. Recommendations are given to a number of stakeholders, for the sake of preserving the traditional game and implementing social values as a positive benefit of the traditional game.
