Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah tentang bagaimana Kinerja Karyawan divisi produksi PT Dirgayusa Aparelindo. Kinerja Karyawan merupakan faktor penting bagi kesuksesan perusahaan. Permasalahan mengenai Kinerja Karyawan menjadi menarik untuk diamati karena Kinerja Karyawan menjadi isu terkini yang menjadi perhatian setiap perusahaan terkait masalah pekerjaan dan banyak memberikan manfaat baik bagi perusahaan, karyawan itu sendiri, maupun bagi masyarakat luas. Salah faktor untuk meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan adalah dengan adanya Knowledge Management yang optimal. Maka dari itu dalam penelitian ini dikaji perihal Knowledge Management yang dapat meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan itu sendiri. Adapun beberapa tujuan yang ingin dicapai adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran mengenai Knowledge Management PT. Dirgayusa Aparelindo, gambaran Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Dirgayusa Aparelindo dan pengaruh Knowledge Management terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Jenis metode penelitian adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan populasi 315 karyawan divisi produksi PT. Dirgayusa Aparelindo dan responden berjumlah 84 karyawan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah koefisien korelasi pearson product moment dan analisis regresi sederhana. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t-test untuk melihat pengaruh secara parsial dari hubungan antara kedua variabel yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Knowledge Management dan Kinerja Karyawan berada pada kategori tinggi. Hasil perhitungan sebesar 0,477, artinya variabel Knowledge Management dan Kinerja Karyawan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dengan klasifikasi sedang.;---The background of this research is on how Employee Performance of production division at PT Dirgayusa Aparelindo. Performance of Employee is an important factor for the success of the company. Issues regarding Employee Performance becomes interesting to observe as Employee Performance (attachment employee into current issues that concern every company related jobs and many provide good benefits for companies, employees themselves as well as for the wider community. One of the factors to improve Employee Performance is the presence an optimal Knowledge Management. Therefore in this study examined the subject of Knowledge Management can improve Employee Performance themselves. As for some of the objectives is to find a picture of Knowledge Management of PT. Dirgayusa Aparelindo, the picture of Employee Performance of PT. Dirgayusa Aparelindo and the influence of Knowledge Management on Employee Performance. This type of method of research is descriptive and verification with a population of 315 employees of production division at PT. Dirgayusa Aparelindo and the respondent amounted to 84 employees. The analysis technique used is the Pearson product moment correlation coefficient and simple regression analysis. Hypothesis testing using t-test to see the effect partially of those two variable. The results showed the Knowledge Management and Employee Performance in the high category. Results of calculation of 0,477, meaning that the variable of Knowledge Management and Employe Performance have a positive influence with the medium classification.
