Abstract
Motivasi belajar merupakan motor penggerak seseorang dalam belajar untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Tanpa ada motivasi dalam belajar, warga belajar hanya datang ke dalam kelas kemudian mengikuti rutinitas dalam kelas tanpa ada semangat untuk mendapatkan hasil dari proses pembelajaran tersebut. Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar warga belajar adalah dengan penerapan model Problem Based Instruction di PKBM Kecamatan Lembang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model Problem Based Instruction terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Penelitian dilakukan di PKBM Jaya Giri yang merupakan salah satu PKBM di Kecamatan Lembang yang dipilih secara acak dari tiga PKBM yang ada. Metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Angket digunakan sebagai alat pengumpul data terhadap sampel penelitian yaitu seluruh siswa di PKBM Jaya Giri yang berjumlah 36 orang siswa. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa nilai korelasi simultan sebesar 0,661 yang termasuk dalam kategori kuat. Dengan demikian secara simultan terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara penerapan Model Problem Based Instruction di PKBM di Kecamatan Lembang dengan aspek mendorong siswa dalam belajar, cara belajar, bekerjasam dalam kelompok dan menyelesaikan masalah di dunia nyata.;---Learning Motivation is a driving force of a learner in learning to achieve learning objectives. Without any motivation to learn, learners only come into the classroom and then follow the routine in the classroom without any passion to gain the result of the learning process. One of the efforts to improve the learners’ learning motivation of then learning community is by implementing the Problem Based Instruction model of learners at Kecamatan Lembang learning community. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Problem Based Instruction model towards the learners’ motivation. The research was conducted at Jaya Giri which was one of learning community at Kecamatan Lembang that was chosen randomly from three exist learning community. Quantitative descriptive research method was used in this research. Questionnaire was used as a means of collecting data on the research sample of the research was all students in Jaya Giri learning community which consist to 36 students. From result of research, it was found the simultaneous correlation value of 0.661 is included in the strong category. Thus simultaneously there is a strong relationship between the implementation of Problem Based Instruction Model in PKBM in Kecamatan Lembang with aspects of encouraging students in learning, how to learn, work in groups and solve problems in the real world.
