Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Negeri 1 Subang. Permasalahan yang menjadi kajian dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya tingkat prestasi belajar siswa yang didapatkan. Hal tersebut ditandai dengan naik turunnya hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran pengantar administrasi perkantoran kelas X jurusan administrasi perkantoran.Fokus kajiannya diarahkan pada faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi prestasi belajar siswa dari faktor eksternal. Kompetensi pedagogik dan kompetensi sosial merupakan faktor yang diduga memiliki peranan penting sebagai penunjang keberhasilan siswa dalam meraih prestasi belajar yang baik. Oleh karena itu penelitian mengkaji tiga variabel yaitu kompetensi pedagogik (X1), kompetensi sosial (X2) dan prestasi belajar (Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Explanatory Survey. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket (kuesioner) dengan model skala likert, yang dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana dan analisis regresi ganda. Responden adalah siswa kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Subang sebanyak 56 siswa.Analisis data menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi pedagogik berada pada kategori baik, kompetensi sosial berada pada kategori baik dan prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran pengantar administrasi perkantoran kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran SMK Negeri 1 Subang berada pada kategori rendah. Dari hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh bahwa kompetensi pedagogik dan kompetensi sosial berpengaruh positif terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran pengantar administrasi perkantoran Kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran SMK Negeri 1 Subang.------ This research was conducted in State Vocational School of 1 Subang. The problem studied in this research was the students’ learning achievement was in low category. It was proofed by the unstable of students’ learning achievement in subject introduction of office administration in grade X of office administration department. The study was focused on factors which influencing students’ learning achievement, especially from external factors. Pedagogic and social competences were factors that allegedly have an important role to support the success of students in achieving good result. Therefore, the study examined three variables, namely pedagogic competence (X1), social competence (X2) and learning achievement (Y). The method used in this research was Explanatory Survey. Data were collected by using questionnaire with Likert scale model, which will be analyzed by using simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. Respondents were 56 students of grade X of Office Administration Class in State Vocational School of 1 Subang. Data analysis showed that pedagogic competence was in good category, social competence was in good category and students’ learning achievement on subject introduction of office administration grade X of Administration Office Class in State Vocational School of 1 Subang was in low category. From the result of hypothetical test, it was obtained that pedagogic and social competence had positive effect to students’ learning achievement on subject introduction of office administration in grade X of Office Administration Class in State Vocational School of 1 Subang.
