Abstract

Penyusunan Tugas Akhir (TA) ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pembuatan salah satu komponen dari Clamping Unit yang terdapat pada Expanding and Swaging machine. Serta untuk memperoleh gambaran nyata tentang waktu dan biaya yang dibutuhkan dalam pembuatan komponen tersebut. Pembuatan komponen Clamping Unit ini menggunakan material S45C. Proses pembuatan komponen ini dilakukan melalui: 1) Proses Frais CNC; 2) proses drill CNC; 3) proses peluasan lubang; 4) proses tap manual dan 5) proses fitter atau deburing manual. Secara teoritis waktu yang dibutuhkan adalah 7 jam dengan total biaya Rp. 2.198.600,- (sudah termasuk biaya material). Adapun secara realistis waktu yang diperlukan adalah 7,58 jam dengan total biaya Rp. 2.349.400,- (termasuk biaya material).;--- Preparation of Final Project (TA) aims to determine the process of making one component of the Clamping Unit contained in the Expanding and Swaging machine. And to get a real picture of the time and cost required in making these components. Clamping component manufacture This unit uses S45C material. The process of making this component is done through: 1) CNC Frais Process; 2) CNC drill process; 3) hole expansion process; 4) manual tap process and 5) manual fitter or deburing process. Theoretically the time required is 7 hours with total cost Rp. 2.198.600, - (including material cost). The realistic time required is 7.58 hours with a total cost of Rp. 2,349,400, - (including material costs).
