Abstract

Pertumbuhan perekonomian kota Bandung setiap tahun semakin bertambah, juga diiringi dengan ketersediaan sumber daya manusia yang melimpah. Pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kota Bandung mencapai 8,5% berdasarkan survey Perwakilan Bank Indonesia di kota Bandung. Untuk mewadahi kegiatan ekonomi tersebut perlu adanya tempat untuk menampung kegiatan ekonomi itu sendiri atau interaksi bisnis yang terus meningkat di Kota Bandung, salah satunya yaitu berupa kantor sewa. Sebagai kota yang maju, pusat kota Bandung dijadikan sebagai pusat komersial dan bisnis atau disebut juga CBD (Central Business District), Kota Bandung harus mewadahi perilaku masyarakat modern yang mengedepankan efisiensi dan efekifitas dalam beraktifitas. Hal tersebut melatar belakangi pembangunan moda transportasi massal berupa kereta monorel. Setiap titik transit kereta monorel akan memunculkan ruang-ruang dan fungsi baru untuk mendukung fasilitas di sekitarnya stasiun monorel. Ditambah dengan kecenderungan perusahaan-perusahaan untuk menyewa sebuah kantor di pusat kota karena memiliki akses yang mudah dan strategis, maka diperlukannya komplek kantor sewa di Kota Bandung yang terletak di kawasan Asia Afrika. Ketertarikan bangunan kantor sewa mampu menarik perusahaan perusahaan baru yang ingin meyewa sebuah lahan di kantor sewa. Proyek tugas akhir ini mengacu pada isu latar belakang kondisi perekonomian kota Bandung dan untuk menarik perusahaan perusahaan menyewa lahan di dalam kantor sewa, fasad bangunan yang menarik, kebutuhan fasilitas yang mampu memenuhi keinginan para penyewa sesuai dengan tema yang diusung menggunakan tema High-tech untuk menambah ketertarikan dan ekspresionis pada struktur bangunan.;--- Economical development in Bandung always increasing every couple years, it is having to do with the abundant of human resource. According to the Indonesian Bank Agency survey, economical development in Bandung reach 8.5%. Having to do with that thing. it should be provided a place to accommodate all of economical activity or business interaction that always increasing in Bandung, a rental office is one of that place. As a thrive city, the city center of Bandung become a core of business and commercial called CBD (Central Business District). Bandung must provide a place for a modern society that effectiveness and efficiency is their priority when they are do something. That is one of the background that become a reason the transportation mode called monorail exist. Every transit spot of monorail will provide a place and new function to support every facilities in the monorail station, and it will make a companies want to rent an office in central city of Bandung, especially in Asia-Afrika area. A rental office can attract a new companies that want to rent an area in the rental office. This final task project refer to the economical condition background in Bandung and attract new company to come and rent some area in the rent office, an interesting façade, and facility needs will fulfill the desire of the customer based on the High-tech theme to increase the interest point and expressionist point of the building structure.
