Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya nilai religius Islam dan nilai sosial yang terkandung dalam kesenian Rapa’i Geleng. Hasil observasi menunjukkan bahwa tidak adanya upaya guru dalam menumbuhkan kesadaran nilai melalui kesenian Rapa’i Geleng, sehingga siswa tidak dapat memahami pesan dan ajaran yang terkandung dalam kesenian tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membentuk kepribadian peserta didik yang akhlakul karimah dan berpegang teguh pada ketauhidan menggunakan model pembelajaran Value Clarification Technique (VCT) jenis VCT Analisis nilai pada siswa kelas X IA 4 MAN Model Banda Aceh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Design Based Research (DBR) dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, kuisioner, dan dokumentasi. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran dilakukan dengan memberikan 3 (tiga) klasifikasi materi yang terdiri dari mengapresiasikan kesenian Rapa’i Geleng, menganalisis syair dan pola iringan, dan mengekspresikan diri melalaui kesenian Rapa’i Geleng. Temuan penelitian membuktikan bahwa model pembelajaran VCT seni Rapa’i Geleng yang diterapkan dapat menumbuhkan kesadaran siswa terhadap nilai-nilai Islam dan nilai sosial melalui proses klarifikasi nilai yang dihubungkan dengan cerita Islam dan kehidupan sehari-hari. Untuk mendapatkan pembelajaran yang lebih efektif, model pembelajaran VCT seni Rapa’i Geleng telah direfleksikan menjadi 6 (enam) pertemuan. Pembelajaran yang berlangsung dapat memberikan pengalaman baru kepada siswa untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan kognitif. Selain itu, dapat meningkatkan rasa percaya diri yang terbentuk dalam proses pembelajaran. ----- This study was initiated by Islamic values and social values which are contained in art of Rapa’I Geleng. Initially, the observation showed that there is no effort of the teachers in raising of awareness through Rapa’i Geleng, so students were not capable of understanding the message and values of that art. The aim of this study is to create the personality which is called akhlakul karimah and cling to ketauhidan using model of Value Clarification Technique (VCT) to students of class X IA 4 MAN Model Banda Aceh. This study used method of Design Based Research (DBR) with qualitative approach. Then, data were collected by using observation, interview, questionnaire, and documentation. The learning was conducted by holding three material clarifications which are appreciation to the art of Rapa’I Geleng, analysis to poetry and pattern, and express self-potency through the art of Rapa’I Geleng. During the studies, it proved that VCT can cultivate students’ awareness to the values of social and religious through clarification of values related to history of Islam and daily life. In addition, to involve more efficient education, VCT has been reflected to be six meetings. Therefore, the learning will give new experience in order to increase cognitive intelligence. Besides that, it will increase self-confidence during learning process.
