Abstract

Motor diesel salah satu sistem terpentingnya adalah sistem bahan bakar. Sistem bahan bakar adalah proses mengalirnya bahan bakar dari tangki sampai ke ruangbakar. Sistem bahan bakar juga salahsatu yang memegang peranan penting dalam mengurangi emisi gas buang. Satu inovasi pada sistem bahan bakar diesel adalah yang sudah memakai commonrail, yang sudah diaplikasikan pada engine 2KD-FTV unit Toyota Fortuner. Sistem bahan bakar ini juga terdapat komponen-komponen seperti Tanki, Fuel filter, Fuel pump, Common rail, Injektor, dan lainnya. Injektor adalah satu komponen utama dalam sistem bahan bakar diesel. Injektor berfungsi untuk mengabutkan bahan bakar ke ruang bakar pada saat akhir langkah kompresi. Injektor terbagi kedalam beberapa jenis tergantung dari kontruksi engine yang digunakan yaitu injektor pada injeksi langsung dan injektor pada injeksi tidak langsung. Injektor injeksi langsung terbagi dalam dua jenis yaitu nozel pintel dan nozel trhottlel. Injektor Injeksi langsung mempunyai satu atau banyak lubang (multi hole), karena injektor multi hole sangat cocok untuk injeksi langsung. ;--- Diesel motor one of the most important system is the fuel system. The fuel system is the process of fuel flow from the tank to the combustion chamber. Fuel systems are also one that plays an important role in reducing exhaust emissions. One innovation in the diesel fuel system is the already commonrail, which has been applied to the Toyota Fortuner 2KD-FTV engine. This fuel system also has components such as Tank, Fuel filter, Fuel pump, Common rail, Injector, and others. The injector is a major component in diesel fuel systems. The injector serves to dislodge fuel into the combustion chamber at the end of the compression step. The injector is divided into several types depending on the engine construction used injector at direct injection and injector at indirect injection. Direct injection injectors fall into two types: the nozzle of the pint and the trhottlel nozzle. Direct Injection Injector has one or many holes (multi holes), because multi hole injectors are perfect for direct injection.
