Abstract

Hotel Mercure Bandung Setiabudi berada di Kota Bandung dan sedang dihadapkan pada permasalahan rendahnya minat tamu untuk melakukan reservasi melalui website hotel. Meningkatkan online purchase intention ini salah satunya dengan meningkatkan website quality hotel. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh website quality terhadap online purchase intention di Hotel Mercure Bandung Setiabudi. Dalam penelitian ini, variabel bebas (X) yang digunakan yaitu website quality dan variabel terikat (Y) yang digunakan yaitu online purchase intention. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif, metode yang digunakan adalah survei dengan teknik systematic random sampling, maka diperoleh sampel dengan jumlah 110 responden yang merupakan tamu individu yang tidak melakukan reservasi melalui website hotel di Hotel Mercure Bandung Setiabudi. Teknik analisis data dan uji hipotesis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa website quality memilliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap online purchase intention di Hotel Mercure Bandung Setiabudi.;--- Mercure Bandung Setiabudi Hotel is located in Bandung City who faced the problem of the low interest of guest to make reservation through hotel website. The increase online purchase intention is one of them by improving the hotel website quality. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of quality website to online purchase intention at Mercure Bandung Setiabudi Hotel. In this study, the independent variables (X) used are website quality and the dependent variable (Y) used is the online purchase intention. The type of research used is descriptive and verifikatif, the method used is a survey with systematic random sampling technique, then obtained a sample with the number of 110 respondents who are individual guests who do not make reservations through the hotel website at Mercure Bandung Setiabudi Hotel. The data analysis technique and hypothesis test which used is multivariate regression. The results of this study showed that the website quality give a positive impact toward on the online purchase intention at the Mercure Bandung Setiabudi Hotel.
