Abstract

Sukuk negara pertama kali diterbitkan di Indonesia pada tahun 2008, berdasarkan data yang dikeluarkan oleh DJPU Kementrian Keuangan RI hingga 2014 outstansing sukuk negara mencapai 175,842,225, pencapaian yang cukup baik mengingat sukuk negara merupakan intrumen investasi yang baru di Indonesia. Namun, pencapaian ini masih terhitung kecil dan lambat jika dibandingkan dengan Malaysia. Menurut data yang dikeluarkan oleh ISRA hingga 2015 Malaysia masih memimpin sebagai negara yang paling banyak atau paling besar menerbitkan sukuk secara internasional yakni sekitar 42,3% dari keseluruhan sukuk dunia, sementara Indonesia masih berada jauh di bawah yakni sebesar 14,1%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai sukuk negara yang dipengaruhi oleh variabel makroekonomi dalam hal ini pertumbuhan ekonomi, Jumlah Uang Beredar (JUB), dan Sertifikat Bank Indonesia Syariah (SBIS). Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dengan jenis data time series data yang digunakan perbulan untuk periode 2011-2016. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Variable Dependent dalam penelitian ini adalah sukuk negara. Selanjutnya, variabel independent dalam penelitian adalah pertumbuhan ekonomi, JUB, dan SBIS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa pertumbuhan ekonomi berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap nilai sukuk negara dengan hubungan positif. Sementara JUB berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai sukuk negara dengan hubungan positif. Serta SBIS berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai sukuk negara dengan hubungan negatif. ---------- Sovereign sukuk was first published in Indonesia in 2008, according to data released by the Ministry of Finance DJPU until 2014 outstansing of sovereign sukuk reached 175,842,225, which is pretty good considering the achievement of the sukuk is an investment instrument that is new in Indonesia. However, this achievement is still relatively small and slow compared to Malaysia. According to data released by ISRA and 2015 Malaysia still leads as the country most or the biggest international issue sukuk which is about 42.3% of the total sukuk world, while Indonesia is still far below that of 14.1%. This study aims to determine the value of sovereign sukuk that are affected by macroeconomic variables in this case economic growth, Money Supply (JUB), and Bank Indonesia Sharia Certificates (SBIS). This study uses secondary data with time series data type and used monthly for the period 2011-2016. The research method used is descriptive and verifikatif method with multiple linear regression analysis. Variable Dependent in this research is sukuk country. Furthermore, the independent variables in the research are economic growth, JUB, and SBIS. Based on the results of the research note that economic growth has no significant effect on the value of sovereign sukuk with a positive related. While JUB has significantly effect on the value of sovereign sukuk with a positive related. As well as SBIS has significantly effect on the value of sovereign sukuk with a negative related.
