Abstract

Provinsi Jawa Barat dalam memenuhi pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat yang terus meningkat maka dibangun sebuah gedung rumah sakit 9 lantai di kawasan RS. Tasik Medical Center provinsi Jawa barat. Bangunan tersebut direncanakan dengan memperhatikan aspek keamanan, arsitektural dan ekonomi. Perencanaan struktur gedung ini menggunakan struktur beton bertulang (dengan mengacu pada SNI 03-2847-2002 tentang Tata Cara Perhitungan Struktur Beton Bertulang untuk Bangunan Gedung dan SNI 1726-2012 tentang Tata Cara Perencanaan Ketahanan Gempa untuk Struktur Bangunan Gedung dan Non Gedung). Perencanaan ini hanya merencanakan struktur atas gedung yang mencakup perencanaan kolom, balok, pelat dan tangga. Mutu beton yang dipakai fc’ 30 MPa serta mutu tulangan baja ulir fy 400 MPa dan tulangan polos fy 240 MPa. Untuk perhitungan analisis struktur akibat pembebanannya dilakukan dengan bantuan program komputer SAP 2000 versi 14. Berdasarkan analisis struktur dan perhitungan yang dilakukan, dihasilkan dimensi tebal pelat 130 mm dan 120 mm. Konstruksi tangga menggunakan pelat tangga dengan ketebalan 120 mm. Dimensi balok untuk B1 adalah 300/650 mm, B2 adalah 250/500 mm, Balok anak adalah 250/500 mm. Dimensi kolom untuk K1 dan K2 adalah 500/500 K3 dan K4 450/450 K5 dan K6 400/400 K4 mm dan K7 dan K8 adalah 350/350 mm.----------- Jawa Barat Province to implement the public health services which should be better and for healing of all diseases in that province. Therefore be planned the construction for hospital building 9 floors in the provincial hospital of Tasik Medical Center Jawa Barat Province. The building was planned considering the security aspects, architectural and economic. The design of the structure building is used reinforced concrete structure (with reference to the SNI 03-2847-2002 about the procedures for calculation of reinforced concrete Structures for Buildings and SNI 1726-2012 About the earthquake resistance design for Structure of building and Non-building). For the design of the building was just a plan of the upper structure which includes the planning of columns, beams, plates and stairs. The quality of concrete used fc ' 30 MPa, the quality of reinforcement steel threaded fy 400 MPa and reinforcement of plain fy 240 MPa. To simplify the calculation of structural response due to the workload, the calculation is done with the help of a computer program SAP 2000 version 14. Based on the analysis of the structure and the calculation is done, the resulting dimensions of thick plate 130 mm and 120 mm.. Construction of the stairs use stairs with the plate thickness of 120 mm. Dimensions of the beam for B1 is 300/650 mm, B2 is 250/500 mm, Beam children is 250/500 mm. Dimensions of the column for K1 and K2 is 500/500 mm, K3 and K4 is 450/450, K5 and K6 is 400/400 and K7 and K8 is 350/350 mm.
