Abstract

Siswa lulusan SMK Negeri 2 Bandung pada tahun pelajaran 2015/2016 sebanyak 31,14% tidak diterima oleh industri dan 68,86% diterima oleh industri. Ditinjau dari nilai rata-rata uji kompetensi keahlian (UKK) bidang teknik pemesinan pada tahun 2016 sebesar 83,63, seharusnya lulusan sudah dianggap kompeten. Hal itu menjadi permasalahan karena tidak semua lulusan diterima oleh industri. Hasil studi dokumentasi BSNP untuk penilaian UKK, mendapatkan produk yang tidak sesuai dengan standar toleransi masih diberi skor, sehingga terdapat kesenjangan pada standar kompetensi siswa pada aspek penilaian kualitas dimensi produk. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melihat gambaran kualitas dimensi secara keseluruhan, tiap tipe proses, dan menghasilkan format penilaian UKK yang relevan dengan standar industri. Penelitian ini penting dilakukan untuk mengetahui siswa yang sudah dinyatakan kompeten oleh sekolah, belum tentu dinyatakan kompeten oleh pihak industri. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan sample produk hasil kerja siswa dalam UKK teknik pemesinan bubut pada tahun 2016/2017. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak ada produk yang lolos kriteria penilaian atau semua produk termasuk reject. Ditinjau dari tipe proses, bubut rata diameter mendapatkan skor 35, skor bubut rata panjang 16,165, skor proses marking 10, skor bubut alur 20, skor bubut ulir 16,25, skor bubut chamfer 13,75, dan skor proses drilling 100. Adapun format penilaian benda kerja hasil UKK bidang teknik pemesinan bubut yang dihasilkan dengan ketentuan untuk proses dengan kategori go mendapat skor 1 dan kategori no go tidak diberi skor. Jumlah skor tiap benda kerja, diklasifikasikan berdasarkan kriteria penilaian sebagai berikut 100 ≥ A ≥ 90, 90 > B ≥ 80, 80 > C ≥ 70, dan E < 70.------------- Students who graduated from SMK Negeri 2 Bandung in the year 2015/2016 as much as 31,14% is not accepted by the industry and 68.86% accepted by the industry. Judging from average score of competence test (UKK) in machining engineering in 2016 amounted to 83,63, the graduates should have been considered competent. This is a problem because not all graduates are accepted by the industry. The result of documentation study of BSNP for the assessment of UKK, getting a product that is not in accordance with the standard of tolerance is still given the score, so there is a gap on the student competency standard on the aspect of quality dimension assessment of the product. The purpose of this study is to look at the overall dimension quality, each type of process, and to produce a assessment format of UKK which relevant with industry standards. This research is important to know the students who have been declared competent by the school, not necessarily declared competent by the industry. This research uses descriptive analysis with sample of product in UKK machining lathe engineering in year 2016/2017. The results showed that no product passed the assessment criteria or all products including reject. Judging from process type, diameter turning process get score 35, length turning process get score 16,165, marking process get score 10, grooving process get sscore 20, threading process get score 16,25, chamfer process get score 13,75, and drilling process get score 100 .The format of assessment of workpiece results of the UKK of machining lathe engineering generated with the provisions for the process with the category go got a score of 1 and no go category was not scored. Total score of each workpiece, classified according to the criteria of assessment as follows as 100 ≥ A ≥ 90, 90> B ≥ 80, 80> C ≥ 70, and E <70.
