Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efikasi berwirausaha dan daya juang terhadap intensi berwirausaha pada mahasiswa etnis Tionghoa di Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode regresi. Penelitian ini melibatkan 365 orang dengan status mahasiswa etnis Tionghoa di Kota Bandung. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode kuesioner menggunakan instrument Entrepreneurial Self Efficacy untuk mengukur efikasi berwirausaha, Adversity Response Profil untuk mengukur daya juang dan Entrepreneurial Intention Questionnaire untuk mengukur intensi berwirausaha. Hasil analisis penelitian menunjukan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan efikasi berwirausaha dan daya juang terhadap intensi berwirausaha pada mahasiswa etnis Tionghoa (r sebesar 0.729). artinya efikasi berwirausaha dan daya juang menjadi faktor yang menentukan intensi berwirausaha pada mahasiswa etnis Tionghoa di Kota Bandung.---------- This study was aimed at investigating influence entrepreneurial self efficacy and adversity quotient toward entrepreneurial intention in students of ethnic Tionghoa in Bandung. This study uses a quantitative approach with regression method. The study was conducted among 365 students of ethnic Tionghoa in Bandung. Data was collected through questionnaire method using instruments of Entrepreneurial Self Efficacy to measure entrepreneurial self efficacy, Adversity Response Profil to measeure adversity quotient and Entrepreneurial Intention Questionnaire to measure entrepreneurial intention. The results suggests that effect of entrepreneurial self efficacy, adversity quotient toward entrepreneurial intention are significant (r sebesar 0.729). That is, the entrepreneurial self efficacy dan adversity quotient into the factors that explain the tendency of entrepreneurial intention in students of ethnic Tionghoa in Bandung.
