Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai pembelajaran keterampilan membuat nugget pada siswa tunarungu di SLBN Cicendo. Sekolah berkewajiban memberikan pembelajaran kecakapan hidup, yang berorientasi pada keterampilan vokasional. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data dengan menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa perencanaan pembelajaran sudah cukup baik, meskipun penyususan perencanaan guru harus membuat sendiri. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran sudah berjalan cukup baik. Masalah yang ditemukan adalah kurangnya konsentrasi siswa terhadap pembelajaran tata boga karena memilih lebih dari satu keterampilan yang mengakibatkan siswa kurang paham terhadap materi, alokasi waktu ketika melaksanakan evaluasi pembelajaran, hambatan pada guru yang bukan berlatar belakang tata boga, dan hambatan pada sarana dan prasarana yang kurang memadai. Upaya yang sudah dilakukan oleh guru untuk mengatasi hambatan tersebut adalah memberikan pengulangan materi kepada siswa yang belum paham pada materi tersebut, memberikan motivasi kepada siswa agar lebih percaya diri, mengedepankan kewirausahaan dalam bentuk kafe yang nantinya hasilnya akan dipakai untuk melengkapi sarana dan prasarana yang dibutuhkan di dapur SLBN Cicendo.----------- This research purpose is to get a description about making a nugget skill learning to deaf students in SLBN Cicendo. School has responsibility to give the lifeskill learning which is oriented on vocational skill. The data collection is done by doing interview, observation, anf study documeentation. Technique of legality checking on this research is using triangulation technique.The research result is the lesson planning was done goodly, even the teacher’s planning have to make by the teacher. The learning implementation was done goodly, the lesson evaluation which is doing when the lesson is on duty also was done goodly. There is just a few problems when this research is doing, the problems are the students is lack of concentration on this cullinary art learning because the students choose more than one skill, time allocation when the lesson evaluation is doing, the teacher which has no culinary art background, and faciminimal facilities and infrastructure.The teacher has doing something to solve those problems, the teacher has given a rehash of the material to the student which is not understand with the material, giving the motivation to the student to build their self confidence, put the entrepreneurship forward as the cafe form, which is this income will be used o complete the facilities in the kitchen of the SLBN Cicendo.
