Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Negeri Se-Kota Bandung kelas XI Akuntansi tahun ajaran 2016/2017 mengenai pengaruh kinerja guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Akuntansi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kinerja guru dan hasil belajar siswa dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriftif dengan jenis penelitian verifikatif, data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan angket kepada responden yaitu siswa kelas XI Akuntansi di SMK Negeri Se-Kota Bandung. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Diperoleh sampel sebanyak 200 siswa dari jumlah populasi sebanyak 401 siswa. Data diolah dengan menggunakan teknik analisis korelasi Pearson Product Moment sedangkan pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja guru berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Berdasarkan nilai korelasi (r) sebesar 0,56, nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 31,36%, uji t diperoleh t_hitung > t_tabel yaitu (9,51 > 1.65251). Berdasarkan koefisien determinasi maka kinerja guru berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa sebesar 31,36% sementara sisanya 68,64% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.----------This research was conducted at the high school accounting class XI SMK Negeri Se-Kota Bandung academic year 2016/2017 about the influence of teacher performance to studens learning outcome the accounting subjects. The purpose of this study was to describe the performance teacher and learning outcome. The method that used in this research was descriptive research with the verification type, the data obtained by distributing questionnaries to the respondents, a class XI student of Accounting at SMK Negeri Se-Kota Bandung. The sampling technique that used was by proportionate stratified random sampling, obtained a sample of 200 students of total population of 401 students. The data were processed using the technique of pearson product moment. Whereas hypotesis testing was done by t test. The research shows that teacher performance positive impact on student learning outcome. Based on the value of the corelation (r) of 0,56. The coefficient of determination og 31,36%, the t test obtained t_count > t_tables, (9,51 > 1.65251). Based on the coefficient determination teacher performance positive impact on students learning outcome by 31,36% while the remaining 68,64% is affected by other factors.
