Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih tingginya tingkat kemiskinan serta tingkat pengetahuan dan ketrampilan masyarakat yang rendah. Salah satu upaya pemerintah dalam upaya mengatasi masalah tersebut melalui pendidikan dan pelatihan kewirausahaan. Namun pada kenyatannya tidak semua peserta berhasil berwirausaha. Oleh karena itu peneliti tertarik untuk meneliti Pelatihan Industri Kreatif Rumah Tangga Dalam Meningkatkan Kewirausahaan Keluarga Pada Warga Binaan Bank Sampah Matahari. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan: 1) Penyelenggaraan Pelatihan. Industri Kreatif Rumah Tangga. 2) Implementasi Hasil Pelatihan Industri Kreatif Rumah Tangga. 3) Pola Pendampingan Pasca Pelatihan Industri Kreatif Rumah Tangga. Landasan teoritis ini adalah Pelatihan Industri Kreatif Rumah Tangga, konsep kewirausahaan dalam keluarga, dan makna atau implementasi Industri Kreatif Rumah Tangga bagi warga binaan Bank Sampah Matahari, konsep pola pendampingan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif yang menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian yakni warga binaan Bank Sampah Matahari. Hasil temuan penelitian ini yaitu: 1) Penyelenggaraan pelatihan mulai dari perencaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi penyelenggaraan pelatihan. 2) Implementasi pelatihan memberikan dampak peningkatan perubahan bagi peserta dalam pendapatan per bulan dan mempunyai jiwa wirausaha. 3) Pendampingan pada warga binaan bank sampah matahari merupakan proses pembelajaran serta berdampak pada peningkatan kewirausahaan keluarga. Kesimpulan penelitian ini bahwa pelatihan Industri Kreatif Rumah Tangga telah berhasil meningkatkan kewirausahaan dalam keluarga warga binaan Bank Sampah Matahari. ---------- This research is motivated by the still high level of poverty and low level of knowledge and skills of the community. One of the government's efforts in overcoming the problem through entrepreneurship education and training. However, in reality not all participants managed entrepreneurship. Therefore, the researcher is interested to examine the Household Creative Industry Training in Improving Family Entrepreneurship on the Residents of Bank SampahMatahari (Sun Trash Bank). The purpose of this study to describe: 1) Implementation of Household Creative Industry Training. 2) Implementation of Household Creative Industry Training Results. 3) Mentoring Pattern after the Training of Household Creative Industry.This theoretical foundation is the Household Creative Industry Training, entrepreneurship concept in the family, and the meaning or implementation of Household Creative Industry for the residents built by Bank SampahMatahari, the concept of mentoring pattern. This research uses qualitative approach with descriptive method which use observation technique, interview and documentation study. The research subject of the residents built by Bank SampahMatahari. The findings of this research are: 1) Implementation of training from planning, implementation, and evaluation. 2) Implementation of the training has an impact of increased change for participants in monthly income and entrepreneurial spirit. 3) Assistance to the residents built by the Bank SampahMatahari is a learning process and has an impact on improving family entrepreneurship. The conclusion of this research is that the training of Household Creative Industry has succeeded in improving entrepreneurship in the families of the residents built by Bank SampahMatahari.
