Abstract
Kinerja Wasit Futsal merupakan hal yang sentral dalam sebuah pertandingan futsal karena menyangkut hasil yang diperoleh dalam pertandingan futsal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari Program e-learning dan non e-learning terhadap peningkatan kinerja wasit futsal dalam memimpin pertandingan. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah true experimental dengan desain randomize pretest-posttest desain, sebanyak 20 sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dipilih melalui teknik total sampling. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah format penilaian kinerja wasit FIFA Futsal yang dikeluarkan oleh assesor FIFA. Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS versi 20 dengan menggunakan paired t test sample. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: 1) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan program pembelajaran e-learning terhadap kinerja wasit futsal. 2) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari program pembelajaran non e-learning terhadap kinerja wasit futsal. 3) Terdapat perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara program pembelajaran e-learning dengan non e-learning terhadap peningkatan kinerja wasit futsal. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu betapa pentingnya memilih program dalam pembelajaran guna meningkatkan pemahaman dan kinerja wasit futsal. Saran peneliti agar melakukan penelitian yang sejenis yang mengukur pengaruh tigkat pendidikan wasit terhadap kinerja wasit futsal. --------------------------- Performance Futsal Referee is central in a futsal match because it involves the results obtained in a futsal match. This study aims to determine the effect of e-learning program and non e-learning to improve the performance of the futsal referee in leading the game. The method in this research is true experimental with randomize design pretest-posttest design, as many as 20 samples used in this study were chosen through total sampling technique. Instruments in this research is FIFA Futsal referee performance appraisal format issued by FIFA Assessor. Data processing technique using SPSS version 20 by using paired t test sample. The results of this study indicate that: 1) There is a significant influence e-learning learning program on the performance of referee futsal. 2) There is a significant influence of non-e-learning learning program on futsal referee performance. 3) There is a significant difference of influence between e-learning program with non e-learning to improve performance of referee futsal. The conclusion of this research is how important choose program in learning to improve understanding and performance of refs futsal. Suggestion of researcher to do similar research that measure influence of education level of refs to performance of refs futsal.
