Abstract

Penelitian dilatarbelakangi dengan masih kurangnya data mengenai program pengelolaan anak berkebutuhan khusus di TK inklusi. Perhatian Provinsi Jawa Barat terhadap pendidikan inklusi sudah diperlihatkan sejak 2006. Jawa Barat, sudah memiliki Perda sampai peraturan gubernur (Pergub) yang mendukung pendidikan inklusi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penanganan anak berkebutuhan khusus di Taman Kanak-Kanak Gagas Ceria. TK Gagas Ceria diharapkan dapat menjadi best practice penanganan ABKTK Gagas Ceria diharapkan dapat menjadi best practice penanganan ABK.Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini, dua orang guru dan satu orang administrasi sekolah yang mewakili kepala sekolah.Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dalam bentuk daftar ceklis serta studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, persiapan TK inklusi dalam menangani ABK mempunyai kurikulum sekolah tersendiri, adanya program untuk ABK, adanya tim khusus penanganan ABK, mempersiapkan sarana dan prasarana yang menunjang untuk ABK, persiapan media untuk ABK, serta penguatan kompetensi guru. Pelaksanaan TK inklusi dalam menangani ABK dilakukan oleh tim khusus (kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, guru individual, guru LSU(learning support unit) kelompok, dan psikolog). Pelaksanaan program dalam penanganan setiap aspek perkembangan, interaksi guru dengan ABK dan interaksi anak dengan ABK.Evaluasi dilakukan oleh pihak sekolah dengan mengadakan rapat evaluasi yang dilakukan setiap semester, dan diskusi setiap minggunya oleh guru ABK.Hasil evaluasi berbentuk rapor dan laporan untuk orang tua.Dalam evaluasi terdapat kendala-kendala yang dihadapi guru dalam menangani ABK serta belum adanya prestasi yang di raih oleh ABK. Rekomendasi ditujukan kepada sekolah agar dapat menambah guru LSU(learning support unit) kelompok, dan menambah media khusus untuk ABK yang cukup berat sehingga dapat memaksimalkan pembelajaran secara optimal.----------The research is based on still lack of data about data management program of children with special needs in inclusive kindergarten.The attention of West Java province to inclusive education has been shown since 2006. West java already has a local to governor regulation that support inclusive education. This study aims to determine a handling for the children with the special needs in Gagas Ceria kindergarten. GagasCeriakindergarten is expected to become the best practice for the special needs. The method is case study. The participants in this study are two teachers and one administrator of the school as a deputyof the headmaster. The collecting data is done through interview, observation in checklist list form and documentary study. The result shows that a preparation of inclusive kindergarten in handling of special needs has its own curriculum, a program for the special needs, a special team forthe special needs handling, preparing supported facilities for the special needs, preparation of media for the special needs, and a strengthening of teacher’s competence. The implementation of inclusive kindergarten in handling of the special needs is done by special team (the headmaster, vice-headmaster, individual teacher, LSU teacher group, and psychologist). The implementation of a program in handling in every aspects of development, interaction of teachers with the special needs and interaction of normal children with the special needs. The evaluation is done by the school through an evaluation meeting conducted every semestersand weekly discussion by the special needs teacher. The evaluation results are in report card and report form for parents. In the evaluation, there are constraints that must be solved bythe teachers in handling of the special needs and an absence of achievements by the special needs. The recommendations are addressed to schools in order to increase the group's LSU teachers, and add special media for special needs whose have serious problem to maximize learning optimally.
