Abstract

Persoalan dalam penyelenggaraan pembelajaran yang efektif bersifat multi dimensi termasuk di MA. Beragam faktor yang mempengaruhi pencapaian hasil belajar baik internal maupun eksternal. Kepemimpinanyang mengarahkan pada pencapaian sesuai intruksi, keberadaan sistem sosial berupa komunitas pembelajaran serta guru yang memiliki kinerja optimal belum sepenuhnya terwujud. Literatur tentang penelitian di MA yang memiliki karakteristik khas dengan nilai-nilai sidiq, amanah, tablig dan fathonal masih terbatas. Tujuan penelitian adalah memperoleh gambaran dan menganalisis Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Instruksional Kepala Sekolah dan Profesional learning community Terhadap Kinerja Mengajar Guru Serta Dampaknya Terhadap Efektivitas Pembelajaran di Madrasah Aliyah Se Bandung Raya. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif survei terhadap 124 MA yang dijadikan sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Kepemimpinan instruksional belum efektif, PLC di lingkungan MA belum terbentuk dan kinerja guru dinilai kurang. Efektivitaspembelajaran di MA belum menunjukan indikator sebagai pembelajaran yang efektif. Seluruh indikator pada masing-masing variabel dapat menjelaskan variabel laten. Terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan instruksional dan PLC terhadap Kinerja Guru. Efektivitas pembelajaran dipengaruhi oleh kinerja guru yang berperan sebagai manajer kelas, pemimpin dan profesional. Kesimpulan penelitianya itu lemahnya kepemimpinan instruksional dan PLC yang belum terbentuk memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru yang pada akhirnya berdampak pada pembelajaran yang kurang efektif di MA ---------- The problems in effective learning are multidimensional, including in MA. Various factors that affect the achievement of both internal and external learning outcomes. Leadership that lead to achieve it depend on instruction, social system existence in learning communities form and teacher who has optimal performance has not been fully realized. The literature on this research in MA that has distinctive characteristics with sidiq, amanah, tablig and fathonah values is still limited. The aims of this study is to obtain an overview and analyze the Influence of School Principal Instructional Leadership and Professional learning community on Teachers Teaching Performance and Its Impact on the Effectiveness of Learning in Madrasah Aliyah in all Bandung Raya. The research method used is descriptive method to 124 MA sampled. The results of the research indicate that instructional leadership has not been effective yet, PLC in the MA environment has not yet been established and teacher performance is considered less. The learning effectiveness in the MA has not shown the indicator as an effective learning. All indicators in each variable can explain latent variables. There is an effect of instructional leadership and PLC on Teacher Performance. Learning effectiveness is affected by the performance of the teacher who play as class manager, leader, and professional.The conclusion of this research that is instructional leadership is still weak and PLC that has not been formed has a significant impact on the teacher performance which ultimately impact to MA deficient learning effectiveness, Key Word :learning effectiveness, instructional leadership, PLC, teacher performance, Madrasah Aliyah,
