Abstract

Transjabodetabek dapat memperpendek headway antar bus-bus Transjakarta sehingga dapat meningkatkan jumlah penumpang yang terangkut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) kondisi geometrik dan tingkat pelayanan jalur Transjabodetabek Depok UI – Manggarai, (2) kinerja Transjabodetabek, (3) kondisi finansial Transjabodetabek, (4) manfaat Transjabodetabek dalam mengurangi polusi udara. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif. Data yang digunakan berupa data primer yakni kuisioner, waktu operasi dan kondisi jalur, serta biaya operasional Transjabodetabek. Dan data sekunder yakni jumlah penumpang, volume kendaraan dan konsentrasi udara ambien. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelandaian sesuai dengan ketentuan yakni kurang dari 8% dan jalur Transjabodetabek termasuk tingkat pelayanan F. Terdapat beberapa kinerja yang buruk terhadap sarana dan prasarana Transjabodetabek rute Depok UI – Manggarai, yakni pemilihan rute, ketersediaan junction, kedatangan bus, keramahan petugas, kondisi halte, rambu informasi dan ketersediaan toilet. Analisis tarif Transjabodetabek berdasarkan biaya operasional kendaraan sebesar Rp 7.387,- dan nilai Benefit Cost Ratio sebesar 0,886 yang menandakan bahwa Transjabodetabek tidak menguntungkan. Konsentrasi O3, NO2, CO dan SO2 secara berturut-turut 29,93 μg/m3, 9,70 μg/m3, 2,34 μg/m3 dan 46,39 μg/m3 sesuai dengan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 41 tahun 1999 tentang Pengendalian Pencemaran Udara Ambien masih berada di bawah baku mutu secara berurutan yakni 50 μg/m3, 100 μg/m3, 8 μg/m3 dan 60 μg/m3. Sedangkan, untuk PM-10 telah jauh melebihi baku mutu yakni 62,47 μg/m3 dengan baku mutu 15 μg/m3. Kata kunci: Transjabodetabek, Teknis, BOK, Tarif, Lingkungan, ABSTRACT Transjabodetabek can shorten the headway between busses of Transjakarta so number of passenger will increase. The research was to know: (1) geometric condition and level of service Transjabodetabek Depok UI – Manggarai lane, (2) performance of Transjabodetabek, (3) financial condition of Transjabodetabek, (4) benefits of Transjabodetabek to decrease the air pollution. Method which used in this research was descriptive research method. Data which used were primer and secondary data, primer data are quisioner, operating time, lane condition and Transjabodetabek vehicle operating cost. Secondary data were number of passanger, vehicle volume ambient air concentration. The results of research showed that slope had accorded to the rule that less than 8% and Transjabodetabek lane included to level of service F. Some poor performances were route selection, availability of junction, bus arrival, bus stop condition, hospitality officers, information signs and availability of toilets. Transjabetabek rate analysis based on vehicle operating cost was Rp 7,387, - and Benefit Cost Ratio was 0,886 that indicated Transjabodetabek was not profitable. The concentrations of O3, NO2, CO and SO2 were 29,93 μg/m3, 9,70 μg/m3, 2,34 μg/m3 and 46,39 μg/m3, in accordance with Government Regulation No. 41 of 1999 on Pollution Control Ambient air was still below the quality standard of 50 μg/m3, 100 μg/m3, 8 μg/m3 and 60 μg/m3. Meanwhile, for PM-10 had far exceeded the standard quality of 62,47 μg/m3with the standard quality of 15 μg/m3. Transjabodetabek can reduce congestion during peak hours because it can reduce the number of private vehicles. Keyword: Transjabodetabek, Technical, VOC, Financial, Environment
