Abstract

Penelitian ini berlatar belakang dari kebutuhan akan peningkatan kualitas pendamping Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sebagai fasilitator. Dalam meningkatkan kualitas tersebut maka Kementerian Sosial memfasilitasi pembelajaran pada diklat FDS dengan kurikulum yang mengedepankan praktek dibanding teori dengan mengedepankan prinsip-prinsip partisipasi aktif peserta, pemanfaatan pengalaman peserta, peserta sebagai sumber belajar, belajar dari praktik, penyajian kasus, dan metode pembelajaran role plays. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai penerapan model experiential learning oleh widyaiswara pada diklat FDS di BBPPKS Regional II Bandung, dengan aspek perencanaan penerapan model experiential learning, strategi dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran, dan hasil penerapan model experiential learning yang diterapkan oleh widyaiswara. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan informan sebanyak enam orang dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan data yaitu 1) perencanaan penerapan model experiential learning oleh widyaiswara yaitu dengan mempersiapkan bahan dan media yang dipergunakan, menerapkan metode pembelajaran sesuai dengan pedoman, dan menyusun evaluasi berupa tes hasil belajar, 2) strategi dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran oleh widyaiswara adalah dengan menggunakan strategi, teknik, dan taktik dalam menghadapi dan memfasilitasi peserta dalam belajar, dan 3) Perolehan tes peserta menunjukan skor yang baik dan dapat memperoleh sertifikat sesuai dengan pedoman yang berlaku. Saran dari peneliti mencakup 1) Saran bagi lembaga ialah hendaknya pelaksanaan diklat dapat mengembangkan yang sudah diterapkan dalam pelaksanaannya. 2) Saran bagi widyaiswara, hendaknya nilai evaluasi peserta dapat lebih transparan diungkapkan kepada peserta diklat, dan 3) Saran bagi peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan mampu mengkaji mengenai berbagai model pembelajaran khususnya pada pelatihan. Kata Kunci: Model Experiential Learning, Widyaiswara, Pelatihan, Diklat Family Development Session   ABSTRACT This research is based on the need of improving the quality of the Family Hope Program (PKH) accompaniment in performing its duties as a facilitator. In improving the quality, the Ministry of Social Affairs facilitates learning on FDS training with curriculum that puts practice ahead of theory by prioritizing the principles of active participant participation, utilizing participants' experiences, participants as learning resources, learning from practice, case presentation, and role plays learning methods. The purpose of this study is to obtain a description of the application of experiential learning model by widyaiswara on FDS training in BBPPKS Regional II Bandung, with the aspect of planning of experiential learning model implementation, strategy and implementation of learning, and the result of applying experiential learning model applied by widyaiswara. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The research approach used is qualitative approach with informant as much as six people with data collecting technique such as interview, observation, and documentation study. The result of this research reveals data that is 1) planning of applying experiential learning model by widyaiswara that is by preparing materials and media used, applying the learning method in accordance with the guidance, and arrange evaluation in the form of test result of learning, 2) strategy and implementation of learning by widyaiswara is by using strategies, techniques, and tactics in facing and facilitating participants in learning, and 3) Obtaining the test participants showed a good score and can obtain a certificate in accordance with applicable guidelines. Suggestions from researchers include 1) Suggestions for the institution is the implementation of the training and development that has been implemented in the implementation. 2) Suggestion for widyaiswara, the evaluation value of the participants can be more transparently disclosed to the training participants, and 3) Suggestions for the next researcher is expected to be able to study about the various learning models especially on the training. .
