Abstract
Program Kursus Wirausaha Desa diselenggarakan untuk meningkatkan keberdayaan dari warga masyarakat. Hal tersebut perlu didukung oleh partisipasi masyarakat dalam mencapai kemandirian berusaha. Sehingga mendasari penelitian mengenai Partisipasi Peserta KWD dalam meningkatkan kemandirian usaha di Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar Kota Banjar. Hal itu dikarenakan partisipasi masyarakat dalam menyelenggarakan program. Peneliti memiliki tujuan penelitian yaitu: 1) Mengetahui gambaran pelaksanaan Kursus Wirausaha Desa di SKB Kota Banjar, 2) Mengetahui partisipasi masyarakat dalam mendukung pelaksanaan program Kursus Wirausaha Desa di SKB Kota Banjar, serta 3) Faktor-faktor yang mendukung terhadap keberhasilan program Kursus Wirausaha Desa di SKB Kota Banjar. Landasan teoritis dalam penelitian ini adalah konsep partisipasi, konsep keberhasilan program, konsep dan pengelolaan program KWD. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dengan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Sumber data penelitian sebanyak 5 orang terdiri dari pengelola, tutor dan 3 orang masyarakat selaku warga belajar. Berdasarkan analisis data dapat disimpulkan: 1) gambaran pelaksanaan KWD tahap pertama menetapkan program bidang perikanan darat gurame, berlangsung pada bulan Oktober-Desember 2016, dengan warga belajar berjumlah 10 orang bertempat di SKB Kota Banjar. 2) partisipasi masyarakat dalam mendukung pelaksanaan program KWD terlihat kontribusi masyarakat dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan program. Masyarakat pada perencanaan program menyumbangkan ide untuk menentukan bidang perikanan darat gurame. Kemudian masyarakat berpartisipasi menjadi warga belajar program. 3) faktor-faktor yang mendukung terhadap keberhasilan program KWD yaitu kemampuan dan kemandirian warga belajar dalam pembelajaran, serta persiapan SKB dalam mendesain program yang sesuai dengan pedoman. Kata Kunci: Partisipasi, Kemandirian Usaha, Kursus Wirausaha Desa (KWD) ABSTRACT The Village Entrepreneurship Course Program is organized to improve the empowerment of the community members. This needs to be supported by community participation in achieving self-reliance. So that underlies research on Participation KWD Participants in improving business independence in Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar Kota Banjar. This is because community participation in organizing the program. The researcher has the objectives of research that are: 1) To know the description of the implementation of the Village Entrepreneurial Course in SKB Banjar City, 2) To know the participation of the community in supporting the implementation of the Village Entrepreneurship Course program in SKB Banjar City, and 3) The factors that support the success of the Village Entrepreneurship Course at SKB Kota Banjar. The theoretical foundation in this research is the concept of participation, the concept of program success, concept and management of KWD program. The research method used descriptive method with qualitative approach. Data collection with observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. Sources of research data as many as 5 people consisting of managers, tutors and 3 people as a community of learners. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded: 1) description of KWD implementation of first stage specifies the program of field of land fishery of gurame, takes place on October-December 2016, with 10 study people located at SKB Banjar City. 2) community participation in supporting the implementation of KWD program shows the contribution of the community in the planning and implementation of the program. The community on program planning contributed the idea to determine the field of land fisheries gurame. Then the community participated to be a citizen learning program. 3) factors that support the success of the KWD program is the ability and independence of learning in learning, as well as preparation of SKB in designing programs in accordance with the guidelines.
