Abstract

Metode pembelajaran teacher centered pada mata pelajaran produktif di SMK Negeri 2 Cilaku Cianjur belum mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa secara optimal. Upaya untuk meningkatkan hasl belajar tersebut adalah melalui penerapan model pembelajaran modified production based training berbantuan modul. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keterlaksanaan sintak modified production based training berbantuan modul, hasil belajar siswa dan sintak pembelajaran yang cocok untuk diterapkan pada kompetensi dasar menerapkan dasar pengawetan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dalam 3 siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X-1 jurusan Teknologi Pengolahan Hasil Pertanian. Hasil penelitian menunjukan: 1) Sintak pembelajaran modified production based training terlaksana seluruhnya dan ditemukan hambatan pada sintak pembuatan SOP dan analisa ekonomi, 2) ketercapaian KKM pada aspek kognitif yaitu 40% pada siklus I, 72% pada siklus II dan 96% pada siklus III, 3) penerapan model pembelajaran mampu menumbuhkan sikap spiritual dan sosial (jujur, disiplin, tanggung jawab, sopan santun dan percaya diri) siswa, 4) hasil penilaian psikomotor siswa pada siklus III menunjukan bahwa sebagian besar siswa memperoleh nilai optimum pada aspek persiapan kerja, proses kerja, hasil kerja dan waktu kerja, namun siswa belum memperoleh nilai optimum pada aspek sikap kerja., 5) sintak pembelajaran yang paling cocok untuk diterapkan pada kompetensi dasar menerapkan dasar pengawetan adalah adanya penambahan sintak bimbingan SOP dan penjelasan cara analisa ekonomi. Student centered learning method on productive subjects at 2st Vocatinal High hasn't been able to improve student learning outcomes are optimal. Efforts to improve the learning outcome is through the application of the modified production based training with module. The study aims to find the syntax implementation modified production based training with module, student learning outcomes, and the syntax learning that is suitable to be applied on basic competencies of applying basic preservation. This research was done by using PTK method in three cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subject of this research are student of X-2 class major of Agricultural Processing Technology in 2st Vocatinal High School of Cilaku Cianjur. The result of this research show : 1) the whole syntax modified production based training done entirely and found obstacles in syntax making SOP and economic analysis, 2) The attainment of KKM (Minimum Achievement Competence on cognitive aspects are 40% in cycle I, 72% in cycle II and 96% in cycle III, 3) application of the learning model is able to cultivate an attitude of spiritual and social (honest, discipline, responsibility, good manners and confident) students in accordance with the needs of the industry, 4) the result of psychomotor assessment of student in cycle III showed that most of student get optimum value on work preparation aspect, work process, work result and work time, but student have not got optimum value on work attitude aspect, 5) The most appropriate teaching syntax to be applied to basic competencies of applying basic preservation is by adding SOP guidance and explanation of economic analysis.
