Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah tingginya turnover intention karyawan PT Chang Jui Fang Indonesia yang ditandai dengan turnover karyawanyang cenderung tinggi. Permasalahan ini harus segera diatasi karena dapat mengganggu produktivitas dan menimbulkan biaya tambahan dalam perusahaan. Ada sejumlah faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi turnover intention karyawanPT Chang Jui Fang Indonesia,salahsatunya yaitukompensasi dan job insecurity. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kompensasi, job insecurity dan turnover intention karyawan PT Chang Jui Fang Indonesia, serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara kompensasi dan job insecurity terhadapturnover intention karyawan PT Chang Jui Fang Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 861, dengan sampel sebanyak 100 orang karyawan PT Chang Jui Fang Indonesia. Teknis analisis yang digunakan adalah koefisien korelasi pearson product moment dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kompensasi, job insecurity dan turnover intentionberada pada kategori tinggi. Hasil perhitungan korelasi menunjukan kompensasi dengan turnover intention memiliki hubungan yang positif dengan klasifikasi tinggi, kemudianjob insecurity dengan turnover intention memiliki hubungan yang positif dengan klasifikasi tinggi. Kata Kunci : Kompensasi, Job Insecurity, Turnover Intention, The background of this research is the high turnover intention employees of PT Chang Jui Fang Indonesia which is characterized by high employee turnover.This problem must be addressed immediately as it may disrupt productivity and cause additional costs within the company.Many factors that can affect employee turnover intention PT Chang Jui Fang Indonesia, one of which are compensation and job insecurity. The purpose of this study is to describe compensation, job insecurity and employee turnover intention PT Chang Jui Fang Indonesia,and to know the magnitude of influence between compensation and job insecurity to employee turnover intention PT Chang Jui Fang Indonesia. This research uses descriptive and verifikatif methods. The population in this study is 861, then the sample was taken as many as 100 employees of PT Chang Jui Fang Indonesia.Technical analysis used is pearson product moment correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis. Research results showed that compensation, job insecurity and turnover intention are in high category. The results showed a correlation calculation compensation to turnover intention has a positive relationship with high classification,then job insecurity to turnover intention has a positive relationship with high classification.
