Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji efektivitas bimbingan gratitude untuk meningkatkan subjective well-being peserta didik Kelas IX SMP Daarut Tauhiid Boarding School Bandung. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen kuasi. Alat yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah skala subjective well-being peserta didik, dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan statistik uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) secara umum profil tingkat subjective well-being peserta didik berada pada kategori sedang; (2) rancangan intervensi bimbingan gratitude berfokus pada pegembangan cara evaluasi terhadap domain subjective well-being peserta didik; dan (3) bimbingan gratitude efektif untuk meningkatkan subjective well-being peserta didik.---------This study aims to test the effectiveness of gratitude guidance to improve the subjective well-being of students Class IX SMP Daarut Tauhiid Boarding School Bandung. The research approach used is quantitative with quasi experiment method. The tools used to collect data are subjective well-being scales of students, and the data analysis technique used is with t test statistic. The results showed: (1) in general the profile of subjective well-being level of learners was in the medium category; (2) the design of gratitude guidance interventions focuses on developing ways of evaluating the subjective well-being domains of students; And (3) effective gratitude guidance to improve students subjective well-being.
