    Abstract

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kelayakan materi zat aditif dan zat adiktif dalam Bahan AjarIPAuntuk SMP/MTs Kelas VIII berdasarkan kriteria 4S TMD tahap seleksi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian evaluatif dengan metode analisis konten. Terdapat tiga kriteria dalam tahap seleksi 4S TMD. Berdasarkan kriteria pertama, yaitu kesesuaian dengan tuntutan kurikulum dari hasil analisis bahwa objek penelitian belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan tuntuan kurikulum 2013. Ditinjau dari hasil analisis kedalaman konsep terdapat tujuh (7) konsep yang dinyatakan kurang dalam, lima belas (15) konsep yang dinyatakan sesuai dan tidak ada konsep yang dinyatakan terlalu dalam. Berdasarkan kriteria kedua, yaitu kebenaran konsep dari hasil analisis dinyatakan seluruh konsep benar secara keilmuan menurut referensi buku-buku teks kimia atau IPA umum internasional. Berdasarkan kriteria ketiga, yaitu penanaman nilai, hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai yang ditanamkan pada materi ialah, rasa ingin tahu, disiplin, peduli sosial, gemar membaca, dan kerja keras,

    The purpose of this research was to determine the feasibility of additives and addictive substance in the lesson matter IPA for SMP/MTs Class VIII based on criteria 4S TMD selection phase. The type of research used is evaluative research with content analysis method. There are three criteria in the 4S TMD selection stage. Based on the first criterion, namely the suitability with the curriculum demans from the analysis that the object of research is not fully in accordance with the curriculum of 2013. Judging from the result of the concept depth analysis there are (7) concepts that are state less deeply, (15) concepts are stated in accordance and no concept is expressed too deeply. Based on the second criterion, the correctness of the concept of the analysis result stated that the whole concept is scientifically based on the reference of chemical textbooks or international public science. Based on the third criterion, that is the inculcation of value, the result of the analysis shows that the values embedded in material are, curiosity, discipline, social care, favor in reading, and hard work,
