Abstract

Kini pertumbuhan penduduk kota Bandung terus meningkat tiap tahunnya. Seiring dengan peningkatan tersebut maka dibutuhkan suatu upaya penyediaan hunian secara khusus hunian vertikal yang mampu memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat. Keberadaan dan perkembangan apartemen untuk masyarakat golongan menengah keatas yang merupakan salah satu dari sekian banyak bentuk hunian juga dipengaruhi oleh factor bisnis selain pada faktor kebutuhan akan tempat hunian. Kini para pendatang dari luar Bandung yang kebanyakan berasal dari golongan usia muda, pasangan muda yang baru menikah banyak menemui kesulitan mencari tempat tinggal karena keterbatasan lahan dan harga tanah yang mahal. Kondisi tersebut membuat para pendatang mencari hunian di pinggiran Kota Bandung namun hal tersebut membuat beberapa permasalahan diantaranya kemacetan, menghabiskan energi dan waktu. Apartemen untuk keluarga muda dan lajang menjadi solusi hunian yang merupakan tempat pembinaan bagi keluarga muda yang baru memulai hidup mandiri dan menentukan sendiri orientasi hidupnya, maka fasilitas yang terdapat didalamnya menunjang untuk tujuan tersebut. Diharapkan dengan adanya apartemen bagi para pasangan muda dan lajang usia produktif diharap mampu meningkatkan kualitas hidupnya serta mendorong healthy living yang sesuai dengan karakter penghuni yaitu golongan muda yang produktif. Untuk mendukung produktivitas orang muda dalam bekerja maka memerlukan lokasi yang strategis yang menjangkau tempat bekerja. Dipilihnya lokasi tersebut dilatar belakangi oleh tujuan untuk mempersingkat jarak tempuh penghuni ke tempat bekerja yaitu di pusat-pusat kota Bandung juga memperbaiki kualitas lingkungan sekitar sehingga menjadikan hunian yang sehat namun tetap terjangkau oleh keluarga muda dan lajang, Kata kunci: apartemen, healthy living, kenyamanan visual, kualitas lingkungaN, Nowadays, the population growth of Bandung City increases every year.Along with these improvements, an effort is needed to provide a residential facility, especially vertical residential that can meet the needs of the community. The existence and development of apartments for the middle and upper-class society, which is one of the many forms of residential, is also influenced by business factors in addition to the need factor for the resident. These days, the migrants from outside of Bandung are mostly from the young age group such as newly married couples who have difficulties to find a place to live due to limited land and high land prices. These conditions make the migrants looking for residential on the outskirts of Bandung, but it causes some problems, such as traffic, which spent one’s energy and time. Apartment for young and single families is the solution for the residential problem. An apartment as a place for young families to start independent living and self-determining orientation of their lives, the facilities contained therein supporting that purpose. This apartment for young couples and single in productive age is expected to improve the quality of life and encourage healthy living in related with the character of the inhabitant as a productive youth. To support the productivity of working young people, it requires a strategic location that is closeto the workplace. The choosing of the site is based on the purpose to shorten the distance of occupants to the place of work that is in Bandung city centers. It also improves the quality of the surrounding environment to make a healthy residential place but still affordable by young families and single, Keyword: apartment,, healthy living, visual comfort, enviroment quality,
