Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Pemahaman Tugas Pokok danFungsi oleh Pegawai Terhadap Koordinasi Kerja Di PPPPTK IPA Bandung”. Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemahaman tugas pokok dan fungsi oleh pegawai terhadap koordinasi kerja di PPPPTK IPA Bandung. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan angket, yang menjadi populasi adalah pegawai PPPPTK IPA dengan sampel 50 responden. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif dan pendekatan kuantitatif, serta didukung dengan studi kepustakaan. Analisis perhitungan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan program Microsoft Excel 2010 dan SPSS versi 22.0 for Windows. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan rumus (WMS), gambaran umum variabel X (Pemahaman Tugas Pokok dan Fungsi oleh Pegwai) berada pada kategori baik dengan total rata-rata 3,96 sedangkan gambaran umum variabel Y (Koordinasi kerja) berada pada kategori baik dengan skor 3,91. Korelasi variabel X dan variabel Y memiliki hubungan yang signifikan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil koefesien korelasi sebesar 0,664 yang ada pada kategori kuat dan signifikan, dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 44,1% serta hasil analisis regresi yaitu Y= 13,473 + 0,700X yang bersifat signifikan dan linier. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemahaman tugas pokok dan fungsi oleh pegawai signifikan dan berkategori kuat terhadap koordinasi kerja di PPPPTK IPA Bandung. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, secara keseluruhan dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemahaman tugas pokok dan gungsi oleh pegawai terdapat pengaruh yang kuat dan signifikan terhadap koordinasi kerja di PPPPTK IPA Bandung. Kata Kuci : tugas pokok dan fungsi, koordinasi kerja, pengaruh pemahaman tugas pokok dan fungsi oleh pegawai terhadap koordinasi kerja;--- This research entitled "The Influence of Understanding the Main Task and Functions by Employees Toward the Work Coordination In PPPPTK IPA Bandung". In general, this study to determine the effect of basic tasks and functions by employees to work in PPPPTK IPA Bandung. Data technique using questionnaire, which become population is employees of PPPPTK IPA with sample 50 respondents. This research was conducted by using descriptive method and quantitative approach, and supported by library research. Cost analysis in this study using the help of Microsoft Excel 2010 and SPSS version 22.0 for Windows. Based on the calculation using the formula (WMS), the general description of variable X (Understanding Main Tasks and Functions by Pegwai) is in good category with the average total of 3.96 while the general picture of Y (Coordination of work) is in good category with score 3, 91. Correlation of variable X and variable Y has significant relationship. This can be seen from the results of achievement coefficient of 0.664 that exist in strong and significant category, with determination as follows 441% and result of regression analysis that Y = 13,473 + 0,700X important and linear. Can be concluded the main task and function by significant employees and strong categorize of work in PPPPTK IPA Bandung. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that the main tasks and the gap by the influential and strong employees to the cooperation in PPPPTK IPA Bandung.
