Abstract
Penelitian ini bertolak pada rumusan umum yaitu “Bagaimana efektivitas yang dilakukan oleh website Droidlime.com dalammemenuhi kebutuhan informasi teknologi dan gadget pemustaka?” secara lebih khusus permasalahan penelitian ini dirumuskan pada ketiga Aspek berdasarkan WebQual 4.0 yaitu pada aspek 1) Usability website, 2) Information Qualitywebsite dan 3) aspek Service interaction websitedalam memenuhi kebutuhan informasi pengguna mengenai teknologi dan gadget. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan metode pre-experimental design (non design) berjenis one shootcase study, sedangkan Sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dari data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuisioner, dan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari wawancara dengan pihak Droidlime.com. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan dan analisis datadiperoleh kesimpulan, secara umum website Droidlime.com sudah efektif dalam memenuhi kebutuhan informasi begitu pula dengan tiga aspek website yang lain yaitu usability, information quality, dan service interaction ketiganya berada pada kategori Efektif. Artinya penggunaan website Droidlime.com sudah efektif dalammemenuhi kebutuhan informasi tentang teknologi dan gadget, baik itu informasi mutakhir, rutin, mendalam dan sekilas. Kata Kunci: Website, Kebutuhan informasi, WebQual 4.0 ABSTRACT Solikhin 1306888, "The effectiveness of the website Droidlime.com in meeting the information needs of technology and gadgetof users (quantitative descriptive study among library users in Computer University of IndonesiaLibrary)" This research is based on the general formula, "How is the effectiveness done by Droidlime.com website in fulfilling the information requirement of technology and gadget of librarians?" More specifically the research problem is formulated on three aspects based on WebQual 4.0 these are 1) Usability website, 2) Information Quality website and 3) Service interaction aspects of the website in meeting the information needs of users regarding technology and gadgets. The research was done by using quantitative approach using pre-experimental design (non design) type one shootcase study method, while the sample used was simple random sampling of 100 respondents. Data collection techniques used were Dari the primary data obtained through the questionnaire, and secondary data obtained Dari interviews with the Droidlime.com. The results of processing and analysing the data, in general, Droidlime.com website already effective in meeting the information needs about technology and gadgtet as well as three other aspects of the website that is usability, information quality, and service interaction, all three were in the “Effective” category. This means that the use of Droidlime.com website has been effective in meeting the needs of information about technology and gadgets, whether it is up-to-date information, routine, deep and at a glance.
