Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklim kelas terhadap hasil belajar dengan mediasi motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh adanya rendahnya hasil belajar di SMA Kartika XIX-I Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu survei eksplanatori. Populasi dan sampel yang diteliti adalah siswa kelas X IIS dan MIA SMA Kartika XIX-I Bandung. Dengan menggunakan teknik sampel random sampling dan proporsional random sampling .Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu path analisis. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara penyebaran angket/kuisioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) iklim kelas berada pada kategori cukup kondusif dan motivasi belajar berada pada kategori tinggi , sedangkan hasil belajar berada pada nilai KKM; (2) Variabel iklim kelas berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar ada pada pada indikator task orientation; (3) Variabel iklim kelas dengan indikator investigation dan motivasi belajar berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi. This research aimed to determine the influence of classroom climate towards learning outcome on economic subject with motivation of learning as mediation . This research is motivated by a low in student learning outcomes on economic subjects of SMA Kartika XIX-I Bandung. The method us this research is explanatory survey .Sample on research are student in class X IIS and MIA SMA Kartika XIX-I Bandung. By using the technique of random sampling and proportional random sampling students. Data analysis technique used is path analysis. Using a quitionnare to collecting data. The result showed that: (1) climate classroom at the fairly conducive and motivation to learn at the high category, while the learning outcomes moderate category ; (2) climate classroom can affect motivation the characteristic includes by task orientation; (3) climate classroom, the characteristic includes by investigation and motivation of learning has effect on student learning outcomes.
