Abstract

Pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Learning Together (LT) merupakan model pembelajaran yang melibatkan siswa bekerja dalam kelompok-kelompok yang heterogen dimana siswa akan lebih aktif mengikuti pembelajaran. Siswa diminta bekerja bersama kelompoknya, dilatih berani, percaya diri dan bertanggung jawab, untuk mempresentasikan hasil diskusinya. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh kurangnya interaksi antar siswa dan rendahnya hasil belajar siswa dalam pencapaian KKM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pelaksanaan kegiatan belajar model pembelajaran LT di SMK Negeri 2 Tasikmalaya (2) mengetahui hasil belajar dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran LT pada mata pelajaran Mekanika Teknik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif metode eksperimen dengan bentuk kuasi eksperimen (quasi experimental). Desain kuasi eksperimen yang digunakan adalah non-equivalent control group design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X TGB SMK Negeri 2 Tasikmalaya. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 35 siswa kelas X TGB 2 sebagai kelas eksperimen, dan 35 siswa X TGB 3 sebagai kelas kontrol. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui instrumen tes dan lembar observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa selama kegiatan pembelajaran menggunakan model pembelajaran LT siswa dapat mengikuti tahapan-tahapan pembelajaran dengan baik. Serta hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran LT mengalami peningkatan dengan taraf sedang. Dengan demikian penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe LT berpengaruh positif terhadap pembelajaran. Kata kunci: model kooperatif tipe learning together (LT), hasil belajar, mekanika teknik ;--- Learning Together (LT) type of cooperative learning method is a learning method that involves students working in heterogenic study groups, making them being more active in learning activity. The students are asked to work together with their own group, encouraging them to be brave, confident, and responsible in presenting their discussion results. The lack of interaction between students and unsatisfying learning outcomes (that do not pass the minimum passing grade) from the students become the reason why the study is conducted. This research aims to discover: (1) the implementation of LT learning method activity at SMKN 2Tasikmalaya (2) the learning outcome which has been affected by applying LT method in Technical Mechanic subject. The research is conducted using quantitative approach and quasi-experimental method. The quasi-experimental design used in the research is non-equivalent control group design. The population of the research is the students of X TGB class in SMKN 2 Tasikmalaya. Total samples used in this research is 35 students of X TGB 2 class as .experimental class, and 35 students of X TGB 3 class as controlled class. The data is collected using testing instruments and observation sheet. The result of the research shows that during LT learning activity, students are able to follow learning steps well. Furthermore, the students’ learning outcomes that comes after applying LT learning activity increases quite well. It can be concluded that using LT type of cooperative learning method can give positive influence to learning process.
