Abstract
Terjadinya perubahan pada kondisi aliran sungai Citarum yang ditandai dengan berkurangnya bau dan tidak banyak lagi sampah yang menumpuk di sungai Citarum merupakan hasil dari gerakan Citarum Bestari (bersih, sehat, indah dan lestari). Hal tersebut tidak terlepas dari adanya partisipasi masyarakat terhadap kebersihan sungai Citarum. Perubahan perilaku masyarakat tersebut menjadi kajian yang menarik bagi peneliti khusnya untuk melihat faktor-faktor partisipasi yang menyebabkan perubahan. Penelitian ini didukung oleh teori partisipasi, teori pembangunan, teori perilaku dan teori masyarakat bersih lingkungan. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap masyarakat di sekitar aliran sungai Citarum Desa Sangkanhurip Kecamatan Katapang Kabupaten Bandung, yang diambil sebanyak 109 kepala keluarga melalui pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan, faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap perilaku masyarakat bersih lingkungan adalah faktor internal partisipasi dengan pengaruh sebesar 72,3% yang meliputi tingkat ekonomi, tingkat pendidikan dan tingkat pemahaman, sedangkan dari ketiga hal tersebut yang paling berpengaruh terhadap perilaku masyarakat bersih lingkungan adalah tingkat ekonomi. Kata Kunci: Partisipasi, Perilaku Masyarakat Bersih Lingkungan ABSTRACT The changes from Citarum river condition is being marked by the reduction of trash smells and no more garbage accumulate in Citarum river was made by the “Citarum Bestari (Bersih Sehat Indah dan Lestari) movement”. It cannot be separated from the public participation on the cleanliness of the Citarum river. The change in community behavior becomes an interesting study for researchers especially to see the factors of participation that cause change. This research is supported by the theory of participation, theory of development, theory of behavior and theory of healt environmental community. This study made against to the local community around the Citarum river in Sangkanhurip Village Katapang Bandung, it’s taken from 109 heads around of households through by quantitative approach. The results showed, from the internal factors of participation and external factors of community participation in the Citarum Bestari movement, the most influencing factor on the behavior of the healt environmental community is the internal factors of participation is 72.3% which includes the level of economy, level of education and level of understanding, from those three internal factors that most helt enviromental community behavior is the level of economic.
