Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran persepsi bahaya psikososial karyawan PT. Combiphar Departemen Human Capital Development dan Supply Chain Management. Bahaya psikososial kerja adalah aspek-aspek dari desain kerja, organisasi kerja, dan manajemen kerja, serta segala aspek yang berhubungan dengan lingkungan sosial kerja yang berpotensi menyebabkan gangguan pada psikologi, fisik, dan fisiologi pekerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi yang dilakukan pada 31 orang karyawan PT. Combiphar Departemen Human Capital Development dan Supply Chain Management. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner persepsi bahaya psikososial kerja. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa karyawan karyawan PT. Combiphar Departemen Human Capital Development dan Supply Chain Management berada dalam taraf sedang. Hal ini diartikan bahwa bahwa karyawan merasakan dampak dari bahaya psikososial kerja dan ada kalanya dampak tersebut mengganggu dan membebani karyawan dalam melakukan pekerjaan sehari-hari, dan di kala lain tidak mengganggu dan membebani. Kata Kunci : Persepsi, Bahaya Psikososial Kerja This research aim to find out a description about PT. Combiphar Employees Perception of Psychosocial Work Hazard at Human Capital Development and Supply Chain Management Department. Psychosocial work hazard can be defined as aspects-aspects of work design and the organization and management of work, and their social and environmental contexts, which causing psychological or physical harm. This research used a quantitative approach with descriptive method. This research is a population observation, which applied to 31 employees that work at PT. Combiphar in Human Capital Development dan Supply Chain Management Department. The data collection was carried out using questionnaires of psychosocial hazards. The research result showed that the level of PT. Combiphar Employees Perception of Psychosocial Work Hazard Department of Human Capital Development and Supply Chain Management is at medium level. This means that that the employees felt the impact of psychosocial work hazard and there are times when the impact being intrusive and burdensome for employees in performing their daily work, and at another time, the impact not being intrusive and burdensome.
