Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengambarkan hasil penerapan pembelajaran tari persembahan sekapur sirih pada siswa kelas X di SMA Pasundan 2 Bandung. Adapun rumusan masalah penelitian ini yaitu: Bagaimana perencanaan penerapan pembelajaran tari persembahan sekapur sirih pada siswa kelas X di SMA Pasundan 2 Bandung? Bagaimana proses penerapan pembelajaran tari persemabahan sekapur sirih pada siswa kelas X di SMA Pasundan 2 Bandung? Bagaimana hasil setelah mengikuti penerapan pembelajaran tari persembahan sekapur sirih pada siswa kelas X di SMA Pasundan Bandung? Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penerapan pembelajaran tari persembahan sekapur sirih dirancang dengan 3 pertemuan dengan proses pembelajaran kurikulum 2013 yaitu mengamati, menanya, mengeksplorasi, mengasosiasi, dan mengkomunikasi. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu Pada pertemuan pertama siswa mengamati fungsi, makna serta estetis tari persembahan sekapur sirih. Hasilnya siswa mengetahui simbol, makna serta estetis tari persembahan sekapur sirih. Pada pertemuan kedua siswa mengamati peran dan karakter lalu mengeksplorasi gerak. Hasilnya siswa menjadi lebih paham peran dan karakter tari persembahan sekapur sirih serta dapat mengekplorasi gerak. Pada pertemua ketiga siswa menampilkan hasil ekplorasi secara berkelompok, lalu memberikan kritik atau komentar untuk menanggapi dan memberikan penilaian atas karya orang lain. Dengan demikian penerapan tari persembahans sekapur sirih dapat menjadikan siswa lebih aktif, kreatif dan kritis. Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran, Tari Persembahan Sekapur Sirih. This research is aimed to describe the implementation of Sekapur Sirih offering dance study for the 10th grade students in SMA Pasundan 2 Bandung. Hence, the research questions are: How is the planning for the implementation of Sekapur Sirih offering dance study for the 10th grade students in SMA Pasundan 2 Bandung? How is the process of the implementation of Sekapur Sirih offering dance study for the 10th grade students in SMA Pasundan 2 Bandung? How is the result after implementing Sekapur Sirih offering dance study for the 10th grade students in SMA Pasundan 2 Bandung? The method applied in this research is descriptive method using qualitative approach. The implementation of Sekapur Sirih offering dance study is designed for three meetings along with the implementation of curriculum 2013, which includes observing, asking, exploring, associating, and communicating. Furthermore, the results of this research are: On the first meeting, the students observe the function, meaning, and the aesthetic of Sekapur Sirih offering dance. The result is they recognize the symbol, meaning, and the aesthetic of Sekapur Sirih offering dance. On the second meeting, the students observe the role and character, then they explore the movement. The results are they are able to understand the role and character of of Sekapur Sirih offering dance and are able to explore the movement. On the third meeting, the students perform the result of their exploration in groups and they give comments or criticism to respond and appreciate other’s work as well. Thus, the implementation of Sekapur Sirih offering dance study benefits the students to become more active, creative, and critical. Keywords: The Implementation, Sekapur Sirih Offering Dance
